Amazing Property!!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful house, with it's spacious floor plan, beautiful outdoor pool/pool area and gorgeous sunsets. The property had all the amenities to allow us to completely enjoy our vacation and a special bonus we saw dolphins every day!! We would definitely return to this vacation spot --- thanks so much!!

Home away from home

This home is the perfect location for our needs. And, as all rooms are on one level, it makes life easy for us seniors. It is comfortable, private, clean, well-appointed and well kept. Evelim could not be more available, attentive, and just a pleasure to work with.

Isle of Capri

We fell in love with the Isle of Capri when we stayed in 2022. The place we rented this time was everything that was advertised. Very clean, right on the water. We are in our 70’s so the one floor design was a huge plus for us. We would definitely go there again if it is available

Beautiful spot

House is well done. Beautiful and comfortable. The manager and owner were both very good at being responsive with communication. The plumbing needs to be updated as doing a load of laundry the water backed up and flooded. We left for a day so plumbers could fix a clog. Owner gave a refund for the inconvenience which was appreciated. As a rental it should probably not have such limitations. Overall a nice place. Lovely little island. Great bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Great Property -- Great Views!

We rented this property for a family get away. The location was perfect for boat watching, sunsets, dolphin watching and star gazing at night. Everything was as represented and was very clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone. We would go back if the opportunity presented itself.

Vacation in paradise

This is a beautiful home with a great location. The property manager, Evelim, goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We’ve been working with her for over 10 years and can’t say enough good things about her. This home is comfortable with all updated appliances and beautiful walk in showers. The pool area is great and the dock is nice and big. The view is beautiful and dolphins are constantly swimming by.

Where the dolphins play all day!

Second time staying here. We love everything about it. Location is quiet, great view and pool, great dolphin watching, very clean and comfortable. Our adult kids said it is the best place we have stayed at so far (and that has been many in Florida). Great communication with property manager as well. Seamless!

A magical place that sets the new gold standard.

My wife and I vacation all around Florida and have been doing so for more than 25 years. This home far exceeded our expectations as did the property manager Eve. The home is the most well stocked home we have ever stayed. It's extremely clean and the view is incredible. This place should be called Dolphin Bay with the number of dolphins that you see every day. We literally saw 8-12 every single day, multiple times a day, often within 3 feet of the dock. Eve, adds the finishing touch with how attentive she is to any needs that you have plus she is a kind, sweet person who you instantly feel like she is a friend you have known for years. Now we are trying to figure out if it is even possible to top this experience.

The perfect rental!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Perfect house, perfect view, perfect location. We loved the house, both comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything we could want to make it a great stay. Very clean, a pleasure to be in the house. Wonderful pool and backyard and fabulous water view. Neighborhood had 4 yummy water view restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk, plus other restaurants, food shopping, beaches, and many activities all within a 15 minute drive. The host was excellent to deal with, very helpful and responsive. Loved it so much we’ve already signed up for a return trip this winter!

Family Getaway

This property is perfect. Within 15 minutes of our arrival there was a dolphin pod swimming 5 feet from the dock. The pool was the perfect temperature. The house is well-appointed with everything you will want. We literally spent the initial days just lounging by the pool, listening to music and cooking food we had delivered from Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, peaceful getaway

Great location! Quiet neighborhood yet several restaurants within walking distance. The house is beautifully decorated with private bathrooms for each bedroom. Enjoy yourself.

We stayed the week of September 9th and enjoyed every minute. The house was the best supplied home I have ever rented. With temperatures in the 90s we enjoyed the pool. The restaurants are easily assessable and very good. Enjoy yourself at this lovely rental.

The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained the location was perfect we rented a boat the dock is well maintained the owner is very friendly and accommodating we drove in from PA and they allowed us to check in earlier great fishing off the dock we were visited by dolphins and manatees it was a fabulous trip can't wait until next year!!!

My family and I decided to take a last-minute getaway to Florida. The house I rented last year was not available, but this house on isles of Capri popped up. The location and the property itself was perfect. The house has been beautifully remodeled not sure who the cleaning crew is but they do an immaculate job with keeping the outside, as well as the inside of the house spotless. Cleanliness is the most important part for me as well as a well stocked kitchen the house had everything we needed. My kids and I had a great time fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins entertainers in the morning, and in the afternoon

Amazing Property

This an amazing property to stay in, will definitely come back. Very clean and organized, spacious, a lot of natural lite and espectacular entertainment area thanks to the open concept. Patio was great, for a moment we thought that the umbrella was no going to give us enough shade but was not the case, we were able to move it at our convince and was perfect. Also if you like fishing, from the dock you will have a blast, make sure to bring mosquito spray if you are planning on been outside of the screen at night. I also have to mention that communication with Evelim was amazing, very polite and professional. The views to the Johnson bay is unreal, every day you will be able to see dolphins swimming by, sometimes very close to the dock. This property had everything that we were looking for and more.

Everything and more!

We took our 16-year old daughter and her bestie plus my 80-year old parents to this modern model home with 3 luxurious full bathrooms and three bedrooms. It was perfect. My husband and I chose to stay in the master suite on the opposite side of the house so we could have more privacy and give the girls space too. All the amenities you could desire are in this home. From the coffee/drink station to the convection stove to the lovely pool and beautiful dock overlooking a wide bay…everything was on site to make for a perfect vacay. We even rented a pontoon boat at the local marina and we’re able to tie it on the dock so we could drop off and pick up people at home. The only negative is we couldn’t stay longer!

Beautiful location

First off , property manager Evelim and team always accessible and responsive. 2nd time we have rented this house. Very clean. Bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled . Very spacious living room and family area. Great island kitchen Beautiful location. Clean. quiet A/C. Dock has been redone with bumpers so one can dock their boat their for the day. View is gorgeous overlooking bay so if you don’t mind not being on Marco Island proper, driving over the bridge every day to get groceries it’s a great location.
