Experience the ultimate beach vacation at our stunning Oceano beach house, nestled just steps away from the world-famous Pismo/Oceano Dunes. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the sun-kissed shorelines, as you stroll along the sandy beaches, collecting sea shells, sand dollars, and other treasures that await you and your family.

Indulge in the culinary delights of the nearby restaurants or enjoy a thrilling ride on the rental quads and 3 wheelers, perfect for adventure enthusiasts of all ages. And as the night falls, gather around a cozy bonfire on the beach, roasting marshmallows and creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

Our fully furnished Oceano beach house is an exquisite escape, offering many amenities and endless fun for you, your friends, and your family. With the capacity to comfortably sleep 12 guests, our home is the epitome of comfort and convenience, equipped with high-speed internet, wifi, HD cable, and flat-screen TVs in every room.

The ground floor features a 2-car garage, bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 twin-sized mattresses, a smart TV, bedroom 2 with a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and a slider to the backyard, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, revel in the open-concept great room with a large sectional and a memory foam sofa sleeper that comfortably sleeps 2. Unwind in front of the 65" LED HD TV with cable, or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked large kitchen, complete with pots, pans, baking sheets, oils, spices, dishes, and glasses. Enjoy a sumptuous feast at the dining table that seats 10, or savor a tranquil moment on the deck at the front of the house. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds and a 50" HD smart TV, while the full bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/tub.

Relaxing home

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Everything was easy to find and neat. The house is beautiful and comfy for a large family. They had so many activities to engage with at the house, you would need a whole week to stay to enjoy it! It is a short walk to the beach. Important to note the beach near this home is where people drive on the beach and head to the dunes. We still enjoyed walks on the beach with the family but know there’s cars constantly passing by.

Kid friendly and spacious house

Very neat house with a great kitchen set up for meals and hangouts! We had some ant issues but the property managers were quick to respond and provide support. The beach is a short walk away but there was regular traffic so it was a different vibe, as we had toddlers in our group. The house did provide some amazing sand toys, chairs and towels which was convenient!

Great time

I brought my adult children and 4 grandkids and we had a terrific time. The house was a block from the beach,and the beach was beautiful. (fyi - there are cars on the beach so you have to really watch the littles) The house was clean and pretty, just like in the pictures and had everything we needed. We would for sure stay again.

Lovely house, minutes from the beach

Spent 2 nights here with some friends and the house was perfect. All the amenities you could need and plenty of space. The beach and ATV rentals are a few minutes walk away. Excellent communication from the property managers.

Great location for atv beach

We had a great time there. The house is clean, has enough pillows, blankets, and towels for our big group. The kitchen has all the spices, pots, etc u would need plus a waffle machine too if that’s something that interests you. Washer and dryer came in handy for our longer stay. We literally could just walk for 2 minutes and have our feet in the sand. You can do bonfires at the beach as well. Only 2 downsides, 1. The tv in living area kept glitching when u watch anything. 2. The house walls are thin and you could hear all the plumbing pipes when anyone used the water or the heater or anything. So if your a light sleeper this may be an issue when ur in a big group. Aside from that is was a beautiful and great house to stay at. Host was great, super quick to respond, no issues.

Family had an amazing time. The beach is just steps away and we really enjoyed our stay. Beds and the sofa were so comfortable. They had everything we needed. Wish our stay was longer.

Amazing home, great location & host

We had a wonderful vacation to Pismo beach. Staying here was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5&8 year old) plus my husbands cousin and his two kids. We had plenty of space to chill, rest, eat, watch movies… one day the kids grandparents all came and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax and spend time together. Everything was CLEAN, nicely updated, and felt welcoming. Having the garage space was really helpful. We were able to do laundry and there were tons of extra blankets and pillows- more than we needed. The sand toys were appreciated, one less thing to bring. The kids had so much fun playing at the beach, watching the sunsets, playing board games (we brought some but the house had plenty) and walking to get ice cream and churros. The teenagers did a spa day in Avila, we went to the pier in Pismo, and took our canam out for a couple of days to play in the dunes. The only thing we ran out of time for was the farmers market Thursday in SLO from 6-9pm. It’s supposed to be awesome. We reached out to the host with questions multiple times and they were immediately responsive, so kind and so helpful. We felt the price was a good value and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Nice house by the sea

Clean, comfy, roomy house by the sea. Just bring your food and company, the rest is already there. Plenty of things to do, just use your imagination.

Great place for large family

We were up for graduation and needed a place to hold grandparents, aunt, cousins, and us. Jessica's place was perfect. There was plenty of room to hang out and everyone got a bed, it was comfy and just what we needed.

Fabulous Retreat for Everyone

A beautiful open concept upper floor to rest, relax, and use a perfect meeting spot for friends and family alike. With large, comfy beds, every convenience of home, and a few added luxuries for vacation, everyone found a restful retreat in Oceano. The house was super nice to have my bachelorette party at, we got to relax and enjoy the house. Even got to the beach and walk the beach with my sisters and soon to be mother in law and sister in law! We had enough room for everyone and the Wi-Fi was great especially since my older sister and I had homework to do while we were there!

Girls Getaway

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. A quick walk to the beach, a short drive to Pismo and Avila - great access to lots of activities. The house itself seems to have been recently updated. It’s gorgeous! The bathrooms have lots of space. The beds are very comfortable, and the great room gave us lots of room to duress out but still be together. It was perfect for our purpose.
