You walk just 150 m to the cable car and alpine slopes, ski area La Plagne / Paradiski (with Les Arcs), so it's nearly a "ski in, ski out" spot. Situated at the upper part of the village with a great panoramic view.It is about 150 m from the center of the cosy mountain village of Champagny. You find there all essential touristic facilities, such as shops, restaurants, supermarket, cheese production outlet, after ski pubs, kindergarden, cinema (french). Surface area : about 170 m².
