Once Upon a Tide - Destin Gulfgate 0404!

Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this tastefully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30’ private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a reserved, covered, parking space in the garage.

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

The only issue I had was the lack of truly hot water for the master bath/shower. The other bathroom was fine, but it took 10 minutes just to get lukewarm in the master.

During the busiest time of year (the week of July 4th) we were able to unwide and enjoy this special oasis. The complex is the perfect size to prevent overcrowding, and they make sure everyone gets to enjoy the incredible beach by preventing people from setting up in front of each other. Our unit felt luxurious, and Ican’t wait to share this hidden gem with other family members in the future.

Having the beach service included with our stay was awesome and made everyday stress free knowing that we already had a prime position on the beach. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into how to make the condo wonderful. It was so convenient to relax at the beach, pool, and condo with our young children. The reserved parking spot for this unit is right by the beach so you can easily store your beach items in or by your car. We really appreciated that Destin Gulfgate set out a reserved beach umbrella and chairs for us everyday. This condo is perfect for a family vacation.

Perfect View

This is a beautiful condo just steps from the beach. It has everything you need for your stay and you can’t beat the view from the huge balcony. The kitchen is stocked, the linens are great, and the furniture is cute and comfy. The four of us fit more than comfortably and we had plenty of space. The best part was the view and the sounds of the waves crashing just feet from you! The only thing I would change would be putting black out curtains in the first bedroom. The windows look directly out on to the walkway which is lit all night long. It lights the room up and is a bit annoying.
