Big ocean views, steps from beach

Pacific Sunset is a 5-star executive vacation rental in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach. From the rooftop deck there is 360 degree unobstructed views of ocean, mountains and downtown. Pacific Sunset is cozy, clean, new and comfortable.

Located on the second level is the primary living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, 65" SmartTV, dining table for six guests, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, half bath and laundry center. The natural gas BBQ is on the balcony just off the living room.

On the third floor are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo that serves these bedrooms. Access to the rooftop is up a spiral staircase.

The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean and breaking wave views. On the roof top is dining for 4 guests plus a cozy sitting area around a fire pit.

This rental has a 65" SmartTV in the living room with an antenna for local stations and Apple TV HD. Guest can access the Apple TV device or login using their personal Apple account to stream from their Apple account. Or guest can just use the provided HDMI cable and connect to the TV to view from a phone, iPad or laptop.

The property was just as advertised. We loved all the amenities plus the short walk to the beach. The views from the rooftop sitting area were better than expected. We would stay here again.

Steps from downtown and beach

The property is in a great location. Downtown and beach. Literally a block away are restaurants and stores. A couple blocks to the beach. Loved that they had the rooftop fireplace. The view during the day and night were amazing. Would stay again.

Great location and property

We had a great stay. The location is perfect – an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We loved the rooftop deck. The unit was very clean with the exception of some dirty spots on the stairs carpet but that didn’t detract from the overall cleanliness of the unit. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in and check out were very easy.

Great rental close to beach and restaurants

The property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped such that we cooked breakfast and dinner every night and saved $$ for activities like surf lessons! We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop patio in the evening but could not get the fire pit to work. Location was just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere.

Reviewer Comments: The only issue I had - was when I reached out via message to inquire about 2 things. One if one guest with us could use her handicap parking pass and park in the handicap parking. Second, we arrived Friday night, headed up to loft to hang out by fire pit but we didn't see a propane tank. I messaged about that along with handicap, we never heard back. The next day Saturday, we noticed that the bbq had a direct line so we went up and checked and noticed the fire pit had one as well. Other than not getting a response, the stay, residence and atmosphere was amazing.

Perfect! Neighbor ( younger boys) were noisy in their garage late at night while they rode scooters and were gaming in the garage. Overall the neighborhood was excellent

Amazing location, lovely accommodations!

Best location for Pismo - walk a few blocks to beach, dinner, Everything. Very functional kitchen enabling us to cook some meals in. Beds super comfortable and everything very clean. Thoughtful placement of electric outlets and chargers, and so nice to have provided beach towels and beach gear. Great to have a garage. Fantastic experience!

Awesome Property!

We have friends that own a rental unit in the same complex, but it wasn’t available for the week we needed. Stayed here instead. Another great rental option in the perfect location in town. Everything is walking distance. Unit was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Beds and linen are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
