When I walked in the door I realized I would not be staying in this camper. It smelled heavily of cigarettes. I looked in the shower and it had standing water with insects floating in it. The couch was covered with animal hair and had burned places on it. Opened up a kitchen cabinet and roaches ran out from a bag of potatoes. The freezer was covered in mildew and heavily frost buildup. I did NOT stay there. Informed owner and he said cleaning lady must have not cleaned it. No refund was sent although the owner Joe Underwood said he’d send one.
Loved the secluded area, close to water and not too far from town. Ac works great, strong wifi connection, no TV, low water pressure but overall a nice rental.

Bad stay
The property was in a good location, but during the first night I realized the heat would not run more than a short moment without tripping off. The inside smelled like mildew, and the carpet at the foot of the bed was wet. The next morning it was about 50 degrees inside the camper, and there was no hot water despite the hot water switch being on. The outlets would not support a coffee maker long enough to make coffee without tripping, or any other appliance. The stove would not work, as there was no gas delivery to the eyes although the outside tank was turned on. After all these issues, I arranged for another location to stay and owner Joseph Underwood was kind enough to offer to refund me for the remaining 4 nights. I provided my address and a month later reminded him I hadn't received a refund. He said he forgot, and a month after that he failed to refund. His property was no where near what was listed, and photos were of a different camper. There is no way all these issues coincidentally occurred the night I arrived. Then he lied about the intent to do the right thing and refund me.
