Beautiful and spacious apartment of 65sqm, just opposite the port of Saint Laurent du Var and the beach.

Ideal for 4 people, it consists of a large air-conditioned living room with sofa, television and dining table. The kitchen is open and fully equipped: microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...

The terrace of 9sqm, with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside, overlooks the port of Saint Laurent.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which can be folded away), one with a television, and both with storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has a shower, a double washbasin, a towel dryer and a washing machine.

The residence has a communal swimming pool, shared with the other residents.


Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi internet connection.

Schöne Lage, geräumige Wohnung und schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Ein großes Wohnzimmer samt einer Küche, mit einem Balkon zu der Hauptstraße, mit Blick auf Yacht-Hafen und Meer, ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und geräumiger Duschkabine, eine getrennte Toilette und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof und gemeinnützigen Außenpool. Die Wohnung ist gut wärme und akustisch isoliert. Der Straßenlärm sowie Flugverkehr sind im Wohnzimmer, bei geschlossener Balkon-Tür wahrnehmbar, aber nicht störend. In den Schlafzimmern ist es dagegen sehr ruhig und angenehm kalt (April). Das Internet funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig. Das Apartment befindet sich auf der dritten Etage, erreichbar mit einem Aufzug. Der private Parkplatz vor dem Haus darf nur kurzfristig zu be-/entladen verwendet werden. Sonst stehen kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße zur Verfügung. Leider sind diese eher schwer zu finden. Grottenschlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Fast 2 Wochen lang, keine Antwort auf unsere Frage bzgl. der Parkplatzmöglichkeiten und der Übergabe von 800 EUR Kaution. Am Tag der Anreise, ein Nötigungslink zu einer französischen Webseite, wo wir unsere Kreditkartendaten von Unterwegs preisgeben mussten. Die Informationen bzgl. der Schlüssel-Übergabe waren irreführend und nicht komplett. Im Haus gibt es keine Auskunft, wo geparkt werden darf, wie mit Mühl umzugehen ist und wie die Hausregeln sind. Kommuniziert wird ausschließlich per Text-Nachrichten, wenn der Gast kein Französisch spricht. Das Appartment selbst war aber sein Geld wert.

Nice and light apartment

Good location - close to the beach. With A/C. Description said 2 bathrooms and there is not. One bathroom with no wc and one seperate wc. That was bit of a disappointment. Kitchen tools could be better especially knifes.
