Lovely stay

Overall the house is very nice. It’s in a quiet area- and the view of the water is lovely. The pool was an added touch although it needed some cleaning when we arrived as it’s cleaned once a week. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and kitchen had everything needed. There is a Super U grocery close by and Orient beach is a 10 minute drive. There is no beach to really use at the house but there are kayaks and the pool of course. Be warned if you are not too steady on your feet that there is a steep set of stairs with a partial hand rail to get to the house. Overall a good experience at a very pretty home.

Great Experience!

The villa was better than advertised! We had an amazing week stay. We have zero complaints. Villa was very clean and well laid out. We enjoy kayaking over to Pinel Island from the Villa. The pool was also perfect for us. We will certainly look forward to renting this Villa again in the future.

Wonderful time, beautiful villa and view

We had a wonderful time at Villa Chloe in May of 2022. The pictures do not do it justice! Jeremy did an awesome job renovating and the set up was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed meals outside on the patio plus lounging in the deck chairs. The pool was really nice and we spent a lot of time in it. We also loved the view of Pinel island and the bay. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks but we could have gone out to the sandbar or the island for a day trip. It is very close to Super U for groceries, a bakery and many restaurants. It's also convenient to Orient Beach and Grand Case bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and accomodations were comfortable. Angel was very nice as the property manager and made checking out simple. We are glad we brought our converter for the power outlet although the bedroom does have a couple of USB ports. We would not hesitate to go back and stay again in the future! Merci Beaucoup, Jérémy!
