The remodeling apartment has a private bathroom, full kitchen, and two bedrooms. There is a queen bed, two twin beds, and a Queen size sofa-bed in the living room. The apartment is about 20 min to drive to San Jose and San Francisco airports.
Home is 2 miles to Stanford, 1.5 miles to the famous social net HQ, a half-mile to Amzn office, 5 miles to G00GLE plex and 2.5 miles to the downtown of Palo Alto.
Guests are welcome to park on the private driveway and our private parking lot.

Close to grandparents, comfortable and clean
We were up in the Bay area to visit my parents (my kid's grandparents) and this place fit the bill. There are Tesla Superchargers very close, so keeping the car charged was easy.

Nice place - close to Stanford
The location of the apt was very close to Stanford Univ. The unit was clean and useable.I reached out to the owner, Ilya, multiple times between booking and during our stay.First time (pre-stay) it took her 2 weeks to respond. She was away, skiing. The second time was during our stay. I messaged both Ilya and the other owner, listed on the welcome sheet.Ilya answered within 24 hours; no response from other owner.Ilya said she would contact her son to take care of some issues - ants in the bathroom, and negligible outdoor lighting by the front door.We needed our phone flashlights to see well enough to enter the keypad code.We never heard from her son or Ilya for follow up.

I really liked the space in the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I asked for an additional fan, I received one promptly. The location was very convenient for us since we drove back and forth to Stanford Hospital. It was only 2 miles away. However, I felt uncomfortable to see little roaches and the floor was not clean.

Wonderful, affordable place close to everything!
We had a great 5 day stay here! Everything was clean, comfortable, updated and practical! The host was very attentive and super kind! The kitchen is fully stocked to make meals and is spacious. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and lovely. There was a lot of closet space for suitcases, hangars for dresses, suits, more formal wear etc. I am a woman who was traveling with two tweens and felt completely safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. For elderly travelers, the driveway and front door step is flat entry and the unit is one-story (although the shower is over a tub). We drove to Stanford (12 min), to California Great America amusement park (15 min) and San Jose Airport (18 min) all super easy to get to. We were very happy and would love to stay again. Thank you!

The unit was clean and appeared ro be recently freshened up. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utinsels and dinner ware. But we missed having a traditional coffee maker. A small table to hold to suitcase would be a nice addition as there was no dresser for folded clothes.

Great apartment!
...in a kinda rough neighborhood, which I had not researched ahead of time. Overall, still a great experience. Beds were comfortable (on the firmer side), and everything was clean and updated. I do think the previous occupant violated the No Smoking rule though. My only thing that was a big deal for my family was that there is not a tv in the apartment, but YMMV. Again, we had an overall great stay
