Biking overnight near Blois

Our stay was an overnight during a biking tour along the Loire river. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and pleasant. The only downside was that the closest restaurants open for dinner were in Blois, 5 miles away, which was too far to bike at night. We should have figured this out before we booked this accommodation. The breakfast our host provided in the morning was delicious.

Comfortable B&B in the Loire region

We stayed a few days at this nice and comfortable B&B a few miles from Blois. The owners were communicative, friendly and caring. The B&B was well equipped with separate bathroom and toilet. The location was very quite with full silence during the night. We could park our bikes in the garden which was fully fenced. Biking route number 9, which is very close to the B&B, brings one easily to Chateau Chambord, one of the most beautiful chateaux of the region. We thank Christine and Franck for their hospitality.

Superbe maison d'hôtes !

Pour nous c'était une étape avant de rentrer chez nous. Maison d'hôtes très bien, que cela soit les chambres, salle de bain, WC et commun ! Tout était très propre ! Nos hôtes étaient parfait, comme on les aiment, prévenant, discret, chaleureux ! Nous validons à 100% ! Pot de bienvenue, repas et petit déjeuner copieux, tout était parfait ! A refaire si un jour nous décidons de faire les châteaux de la Loire cela pourrait être l'occasion pour nous de faire une étape chez M. et Mme Secheresse !

Après le dîner pris en compagnie de Christine et Franck, nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Bien reposés et après un très bon petit déjeuner....Chambord était à nous !!!

Prestation correcte

Nous avons dormi là lors de la canicule. Faute de climatisation il faisait très chaud dans les chambres. Quand en rentrant le soir à minuit, nous avons vu la vaisselle du dîner dans l'évier, nous n'avons pas eu envie de prendre le petit déjeuner. Pour le reste, sanitaires très bien et propres, manque peut-être un sèche-cheveux. Chambres bien séparées du reste de la maison.
