As you approach the property you'll wonder if you haven't arrived in Greece, or elsewhere along the Mediterranean. That wow moment that we all hope for greets you immediately as you step through the front door and gaze over the large gathering room below, with the sparkling poolside playground just beyond. The floor plan of your vacation oasis is terraced on two levels; the upper entry-level includes the expansive master suite, one guest room, a hallway bath, and a laundry room. Five steps below is the main floor of the home where you'll find three more guest bedrooms, two bathrooms, the full kitchen, and the expansive gathering room. Your friends and family will enjoy gathering on the large L-shaped sectional to watch a movie or talk about the happenings' of the day. Step outside to the luscious backyard and you will find a newly refinished pool and spa, eight lounge chairs, and a conversational area with a plush sofa and two side chairs. There's a spectacular view at every angle, and at night you can even see the light of the Palm Springs Tramway as it ascends up to the peak.

When you call this dreamy retreat home, you will be a short drive into downtown Palm Springs for shopping and a bite to eat at one of the many delicious restaurants! Take your pick of local boutiques, famous restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, taking a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will be a breeze, as you can't get any closer than this. For a bit of hiking, there are multiple trails surrounding the town and Mount San Jacinto State Park is also close by.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
