GRAU DU ROI - RIGHT BANK - In a Residence 20m from the beach and 600m from the City Centre, on the 1st floor nice studio cabin completely renovated of 28m², composed at the entrance of a cabin with a bunk bed wardrobe, a spacious and bright living room with a 140cm sofa bed, Air conditioning and TV, an equipped kitchen ( Fridge top, Oven/Microwave, hob) , Bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Terrace of 3m² with side view on the Sea . 2 small parking spaces (2m wide). 500m from the Shopping Centre and 600m from the City Centre. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be delivered to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ household deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Key transfers are made in our real estate agency.
