Newly relocated Yuma couple, originally from Washington State. We are a Retired Army couple who enjoy our 15 grandkids, motorcycle rides, visiting Algodones, Mexico and living the good life in the sunshine. Margaritas are a plus!

Why they chose this property

This property was originally our Snowbird residence for three years before permanently relocating to Yuma. Our mobile home was meticulously cared for by the original owner. We have maintained it in great condition. It's spacious for a mobile home and is comfortable, homey, light and bright inside. It also has a newly remodeled, large, walk-in master bathroom shower. Perfect for the Snowbird couple and maybe a couple friends. Walking distance to a few decent restaurants and only a short 12 mile drive to downtown Yuma.
