It consists of a living room of 23m2 with lounge area and its convertible sofa for 2 places, flat screen TV, an open fitted and equipped kitchen. Bright with its large bay window opening onto a 14m2 terrace with garden furniture. A bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and dressing room. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds of 80x190 that can be brought together, and dressing room. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC and storage room. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).

Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
