Finca-style Pool-Villa "LA LORIA" for up to 6 persons with subtropical palm garden, with free WiFi, airconditioning and a safe. Surrounded by a beautiful palm garden is the comfortable pool villa LA LORIA with 100sqm living space in finca style for up to 6 people. It is exceptionally well equipped, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, with a nice terrace in front of the upper main bedroom, large covered porche and large terrace directly by the pool in the subtropical garden. The upper bedroom has an air conditioning hot / cold. There is also a safe. In the garden is a large, private swimming pool measuring 8x4m, as well as barbecue grill. There is also an outside shower, garden and terrace furniture, sun loungers and secure car parking. The holiday house is located about 1.500 m from the nearest bay 'Puntalejos', to the bay 'Cala Aceite' it is about 2 km. The 3 bedrooms have one double bed and the other 2 single beds, plus a cot and a high chair. The large fully equipped modern kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 4 burner ceramic hob, washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms (including one en-suite to the main bedroom), living room with satellite TV including German and international programs, fireplace. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge. The own solar system ensures hot water. The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, so that a pleasant night should be ensured. The pool is maintained from Easter to the end of October. Pets are not allowed.
Roche Viejo is situated between steep cliffs and sandy bays, as well as the large pine forest. The location between pine forest and the sea is quiet. In the beautiful surroundings are several holiday houses. The famous excursion destinations Seville, Gibraltar, Tarifa (Tangier crossing!), Jerez and also the oldest city of Europe, Cadiz, are nearby. The route of the 'white villages' of Andalusia practically begins at the front door. The 'white village by the sea' Conil is about 4 km away. The distance to the next sandy beach is abt. 1,5 KM

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gäste im Casa La Loria und haben uns wieder sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus bietet weiterhin den typischen spanischen, u.M. nach aber völlig ausreichenden Standard. Begeistert waren wir wieder von der großzügigen Außenterrasse, dem Pool und dem schönen, so gut wie nicht einsehbaren Garten, auch wenn nach Umgestaltung die 3 schönen großen Palmen nicht mehr vorhanden waren. In der Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche ist sehr vollständig. Wir haben das Haus bei Ankunft sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die in anderen Bewertungen auch angesprochene Mückenplage ist real. Auch wenn alle Fenster einen Mückenschutz haben, kommen die Plagegeister durch die Terrassentür ins Haus. Hier könnte ein Gazevorhang mit Klettverschlüssen m.E. eine gewisse Verbesserung bringen. Wir können das Haus aber nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmals wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich!! Hast haus war sehr geräumig und gross alles vorhanden was man brauchte !! Das Grundstück mit pool war ein Traum!!! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Schwedenofen, den wir am Abend auch gerne eingeheizt haben. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Im Bad im EG gibt es Geruchsproblem und das Moskitonetz wurde vor unserem Besuch nicht gewaschen und die Blutflecken im Netz waren schon eklig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Handtücher haben nicht so gut getrocknet. Die Bettwäsche hingegen war einfach nur kuschelig.

Urlaub 21.10. - 03.11.2023
Ein älteres, aber gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Raumaufteilung sehr schön, Böden gefliest, das obere Elternschlafzimmer hell und freundlich mit Balkon und Moskitonetz ( was trotz der späten Jahreszeit sehr nützlich war). Bad zweckmäßig, Klimaanlage haben wir nicht genutzt. Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern altersbedingt nicht mehr ganz dicht. Die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig, ohne dass die Zimmer jetzt besonders gemütlich waren. Der große Aufenthaltsraum mit offener Küche gemütlich, alle notwendigen Geräte und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Das Leben spielte sich trotz der Jahreszeit überwiegend auf der schönen Veranda ab. Der Pool wurde viel genutzt ( noch ca 20°C). Das Grundstück schön bewachsen mit Büschen und Palmen, weitgehend von außen nicht einsehbar. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ferienhaus mit schönen Garten
Wir waren nach etlichen Jahren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Diesmal mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind 6 Jahre. Die beiden kleinen Schlafräume im Erdgeschoss waren zu warm und es gab, trotz Achtsamkeit, große Probleme mit den Stechmücken. Hier wären Moskitonetze oder Klimaanlage, wie im oberen Schlafraum hilfreich. Der schöne Garten und der große Pool wurden viel genutzt. Das Wetter im Juni noch etwas unbeständig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin wie immer sehr gut und Probleme wurden schnell beseitigt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb und man benötigt ein Auto.

Belle propriété . Un peu difficile à trouver ,se trouve au fond d un accès qui sert une autre maison double située à l avant de la loria ,le nom n étant pas indiqué à l entrée du portail nous avons du demander notre chemin. jardin très agréable et bien entretenu ,grande piscine propre , On nous demande d utiliser la douche extérieur avant d aller dans la piscine ce qui est normal ,mais ils faudrait la détartrer car le jet est très disparate… beau barbecue mais il manque le matériel pour le nettoyer ,nous avons dû investir dans une brosse En ce qui concerne l équipement intérieur nécessité de renouveller les couteaux qui ne coupent pas . Chambre agréable,bonne literie.Nous avons loué la maison 3 semaine et de ce fait je trouve que nous pouvons prétendre à trouver une serviette et un drap de bain per semaine ,idem pour les draps de lit, pour la cuisine nous avons eu droit à 2 serviettes pour les 3 semaines , il y a un lave linge mais celui ci ne doit pas servir pour le linge de maison ,vu que nous sommes en vacances .Le prix de la semaine est le même pour 1ou3 semaines les prestations doivent donc correspondre séjour agréable ,sauf la première semaine ou nos voisins était très bruyant.

No costaría apenas nada para tener 5 estrellas
Tiene un jardín extraordinario con una piscina estupenda palmeras que dan mucho sombra un césped bien cuidado barbacoa etcétera. Es decir, el exterior de la casa está genial. El interior... No está mal, pero hay detalles que no se entiende. No tenía Fairy y estropajo. Solo tenía un rollo de papel higiénico. Esto me enfado. Llegas del viaje un sábado, cansado y lo que menos me apeteció es ir al supermercado para estas cosas básicas. No son básicas, pero bien podría tener alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas y alguna cápsulas de café. Es fin, detalles que suponen 10€ como mucho y que servirán para otros inquilinos. Por supuesto, son cuestiones menores. La casa está bien y, como digo el jardín extraordinario. Además se encuentra a 30 mn andando y 5 en coche de la Cala del aceite y de Roche

Casa La Loria in Roche Viejo / Conil de la Frontera
The villa was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable and very clean. The main bedroom had air conditioning so was lovely. The outside grounds were good with an amazing pool which the children loved. Deep enough for them to dive and relax. The beach was close but the children struggled in the heat so I would suggest if you have children a car would be essential. I would have no hesitation to recommend this villa and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus La Loria mit dem großen Pool und der schönen Gartenanlage sehr wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund der Uneinsehbarkeit des Grundstücks durch das viele Grün haben wir viele entspannte Stunden auch am Haus verbracht. Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Conil und vieler weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten im weiteren Umfeld (z.B. Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla, Tarifa etc). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie viele Strände in Conil und Umgebung sind in wenigen Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Bei der Lage des Ferienhauses ist allerdings ein Auto unabdingbar. Wir können das Ferienobjekt weiterempfehlen und werden selber sicherlich wiederkommen.

Estuvimos alojados en Casa Loria durante una semana en Agosto de 2019. La casa es muy agradabable y tuvimos una fantástica estancia por la zona, a la que solemos venir todos los años. Es una zona tranquila con playas estupendas y para salir alguna noche se puede ir a Conil, que está cerca. La casa tiene un jardín, porche y piscina cuidados lo que permite hacer vida en el exterior. A los niños les encantó la silla-hamaca. Cuidado porque querrán estar dando vueltas todo el tiempo!! :)

We had a really lovely holiday at La Loria. The stand out feature for us was how comfortable it was outdoors. The pool was sparkling and clean at all times, sun loungers were comfortable, and the terrace provided welcome shade. Inside, the height of the living area meant that it remained relatively cool, and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom worked well. Sunset from the bedroom terrace was spectacular!

Wunderbares Haus mit großem Wohnzimmer und integrierter und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer etwas kleiner, aber völlig ausreichend und mit großem Schrank. Perfekter Aussenbereich mit sehr großer Terrasse , Esstisch, Rattansofa und Liegen. Uneinsehbarer Garten mit großen Palmen und einem wunderbaren, tiefen Pool mit herrlichem Wasser. Alles sehr gepflegt.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns im La Loria wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt -auch an der Küchenausstattung- an nichts. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt,hat eine angenehme Temperatur und man findet rundherum immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Insgesamt, auch als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge, sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles bestens
Wir waren zu viert für zwei Wochen im Haus La Loria. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Zu den nächsten tollen Buchten oder Stränden sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Einfach super
Wir sind eine 4köpfige Familie und fanden den Urlaub einfach rundherum toll, auch wenn sich die Suche nach dem Haus am Abend als schwierig erwies. Leider war von der Straße kein Name der Casa zu lesen. Ansonsten wären wir nur begeistert von der Unterkunft und Land und Leute. Selbst Schwimmnudeln und Sonnenschirm waren im Haus zu finden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank.

Ferienhaus abseits vom Trubel
Wir waren ab Mitte August 2018 für drei Wochen im Ferienhaus La Loria. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten, der von Palmen und anderen Gewächsen umgeben ist und bietet daher einen sehr guten Sicht- und Windschutz. Es war einige Tage recht stürmisch. Der große, bis zu 2,10 m tiefe Pool, wurde zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt und war dadurch in einem sehr sauberen Zustand mit glasklarem Wasser. Viel Zeit haben wir auf der großen Terrasse verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist okay. Der obere Schlafraum mit Bad und Dusche ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Diese war auch nötig. Durch lichtgeschützte Vorhänge könnte man die Raumtemperatur etwas verringern. Das Bett hat eine angenehme Größe und die Matratzen sind gut. Wir haben das Haus sauber vorgefunden und uns dort wohl-gefühlt. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Wir haben oft den schönen langen Sandstrand von El Palmar genutzt. Hier findet man immer noch ein ruhiges Plätzchen.
