Our apartment is located in Seehus, a beautiful old building in seaside resort architecture in the Roonstrasse, a central but quiet residential area. The beach is in 2 minutes, no longer need to the breakfast sandwiches at the nearby supermarket. Also nice cafes and restaurants such as the Olive seaside, the milk bar, the Café Friedrich or the Surf Café can be reached within a few minutes walk. The apartment is at ground level, and has a spacious terrace with a beach chair. There you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago and has a new modern bathroom. Relax in a new and comfortable box spring. The living room features a new high quality sofa bed with slatted frame 2 additional full beds. The device consists of high-quality basics with charming and individual details. The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area for 4 people and a living room with sofa bed. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people.

wunderschöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältn
Wir waren als Gruppe von 3 Ladys in bestem mittleren Alter für 3 Nächte Gäste in dieser hübschen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zum Meer und Zentrum, der Check-In ist absolut unkompliziert (Abstellen der Koffer bereits vorab möglich) und die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern extrem nett und freundlich. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir bereits wieder gebucht. 😊

Toller Kurzurlaub - Schöne gemütliche Wohnung
Meine Mutter und ich waren für 5 Tage auf Norderney. In der gemütlichen Erdgeschosswohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonderes die kleine Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand und die Stadt sind in wenigen Geminuten zu erreichen. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Combi und auch einem Allgemeinmediziner. Zur Milchbar sind es vielleicht 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist zentral ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage
Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern, ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und punktet mit der schönen kleinen Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt: nahe zum Meer, Strand und Städtchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern war super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber es ist alles da, was man zum wohl fühlen benötigt. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur zweckmäßig sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist auch für Problemschläfer wie mich echt bequem, das ist ein besonderer Pluspunkt.
