Modern house backing on to owners' house in a quiet street. 2nd gîte for 4 people nearby (100 m away), the 2 accommodations can be booked jointly for a family gathering. All rooms on one level. Ground floor : entrance via terrace in living room (kitchen/ dining/ lounge areas, sofa bed to provide separate sleeping arrangement). 2 bedrooms : (Bedroom 1 includes the shower room with WC, double bed) (Bedroom 2 with single bed & study area). 'Split' system for heating & air conditioning. Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bathtube). Bed linen & towels supplied free. Outdoors : tiled and enclosed terrace (outdoor furniture, relax area), 2 parking areas available. Public park with trees & fitness trail about 400m away, many leafy spots nearby. Zoo of St Martin La Plaine 10 km, Museum of St Romain en Gal 14 km, Vienne 21 km, Lyon 27 km, St Etienne (City of design) 50 km. Extra charge for pet : 3 euros/night.
