Short walks to Nokomis Beach, and close by restaurants such as Pop's Sunset Grill and Pelican Alley (both located on the Intracoastal water way). Easy walk to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy's.

The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Great for walking and minimal traffic. Just a walk away from the beach, intercoastal dining and stores.

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan with sliding pocket doors provides a lot of open space and the lanai allows you to enjoy the privacy of the back yard. It makes you feel as if you are outdoors.
