OCEANFRONT Property, beautiful views overlooking the beach. HUGE PRIVATE DECK!

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Also includes beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation.

Incredible views of the ocean
We had a fabulous stay! The deck and view cannot be beat. The property is in walking distance to many good eateries and just a rideshare away from many sites and attractions. We’ve stayed here before and hope to return!

Perfect location right on the beach. Comfy and clean. Loved having all the beach toys, chairs and boogie boards to use. My teenager loved it. Great view of the ocean every morning was lovely. Would stay again.

Incredible location!
The house and location cannot be beat! The house was exactly as described, perfect for a couple or small family. We had the best time on the deck and walking right on to the beach. There’s so many great restaurants and shops near by we barely even drove any where! Our host was wonderful during the booking process, check in and out were smooth as well. Would definitely return!

Great location
We had a great stay here. Its location is perfect. We walked south to Belmont park one day. Rented bikes and biked North to La Jolla the next. My son loved playing on the beach right out front and I loved the beach equipment in the garage. I’d definitely recommend this property.

We were delighted. Location is phenomenal, place was just perfect for us and two kids. Fun beach toys in the garage and right on the beach.

Great beach house!
Lovely stay here in PB right on the beach! Everything was wonderful (especially the comfortable master bed), and I would give it five stars but we did have issues with the heater. It did not work, and we had maintenance come by the first night. He was super nice but unfortunately couldn’t fix it, then another person came by the next day and still couldn’t fix. Hopefully they are able to address this issue in the future.

This was such an excellent property! It was a perfect location. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk to local restaurants & reading on the patio while listening to the waves. The view of the ocean were beautiful and the sounds of the waves were peaceful! We'll stay again!

Fantastic beach stay
My spouse and I loved staying at this beach property. We loved the huge deck overlooking the ocean and boardwalk, bbq, and gas fire dining table! The property had everything we needed for a 5 day get-away. Big comfy bed and sofa. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The entry was easy and we felt safe while in the home as well as entering and exiting. We slept with the windows open each night and could hear the sounds of the ocean. The expansive patio overlooking the boardwalk and ocean made for beautiful views. We ate every meal out there.
