L’appartement, la situation et la vue conforme à l’annonce ! Proche de la plage et des commerces, tout peut se faire à pied . L’accueil de la dame sympathique ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, et avons fait le plein de soleil, la région est magnifique ! Je recommande vivement 🙂

Das Appartement war oberflächlich sauber. Das Kinderzimmer ist nur für kleinere Kinder brauchbar. Am Pool steht noch nicht mal eine Liege- oder Sitzmöglichkeit zur Verfügung geschweige denn ein Sonnenschirm. Auf der Etage wurde ein Appartement saniert und wir wurden früh morgens von Baulärm in der ersten Woche geweckt, in der zweiten Woche kam noch Baulärm von der Baustelle vor dem Haus hinzu und an zwei Tagen zog noch der Geruch von Lösungsmitteln in unsere Wohnung. Auf meine mehrfachen Schreiben an die Vermieterin habe ich nur einmal eine nicht gerade sehr freundliche Mail erhalten, alle anderen wurden ignoriert. Von fewo direkt, die ich mehrfach telefonisch kontaktieren habe, um die Situation zu schildern, wurde ich abgewimmelt und von A nach B geleitet. Enttäuschend und nervenaufreibend auf der ganzen Linie und viel zu überteuert. Fewo direkt werde ich als Plattform nicht mehr wählen oder empfehlen.

Avons passé de supers vacances , l’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel avec climatisation , une belle vue , la résidence est sécurisée et une belle piscine, de plus aucun problème pour se garer grâce au box réservé en sous-sol . Nous avons hâte d’y retourner.

Week end prolongé en baie de Saint Tropez

En visite pour découvrir le golfe de Saint Tropez, l'appartement est idéalement situé. Il est tres bien agencé, fonctionnel, propre. Même si le mauvais temps nous a pas permis d'en profiter, une terrasse spatieuseet agréable avec vue sur la ville et la mer lointaine est présente. De même , une piscine dans la résidence est à disposition. La résidence est bien sécurisée avec un parking en garage ( place etroite si grande voiture mais cela permet de s'entrainer aux manoeuvres !!!) . Bref, un séjour au top.

Appartement bien localisé - lumineux et confortable Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la voisine qui a fait l’intermediaire avec la propriétaire Seul petit bémol gros reflux malodorant venant de l’évier de la cuisine dès qu’on ouvrait le robinet.

kleine hübsche Wohnung in Calalaire

hübsche, saubere Wohnung in einer teils privat und teils touristisch genutzten Wohnanlage. Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar - allerdings schätzten wir die Entfernung als weiter als nur 600 m ein. Strandabschnitte sind sauber so wie auch das Wasser und es gibt feinen Sand in Cavalaire sowie diverse Wassersportmöglichkeiten. War alles in guter Ordnung.
