We had a great stay. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The back yard was so scenic! We were super close to the manatees viewing center and enjoyed our day there so much!
The location was very quiet and peaceful. We met Gary when we pulled up and he was a really nice guy. He was extremely responsive and gave great info about restaurants, beaches, etc. the house was clean and neat with lots of artwork on the walls and some interesting pieces scattered around. The little creek in the back was very serene and peaceful with plenty of wildlife to observe. The only issue we had was the traffic and getting out to the main road. You had to sit through two or three light cycles but other than that it was a great stay.

Terrible experience
It reeked of cat urine so bad. There were 3-4 cats lingering outside and spraying on the grill cover and around the property. You could not sit on patio. They were trying to get in both upstairs and downstairs units. We found hair on our sheets when we got there. ( human and animal) I believe they were not washed. They were wrinkled like they had been slept on previously and the owner had communicated with me the day we arrived there was a washing machine being delivered , so I suspect that’s why they were not cleaned. There was a K cup left in the coffee pot. The floors were dirty. The couch was dirty
This was a great little getaway for me and an old friend. We carried the boat and as advertised the boat ramp is only about a mile away or less and there was a nice dock to tie off to with a good ladder to help boarding the boat. The house was great and it was clean with modern equipment nice large tvs in every room (smart tv). There was plenty of streaming channels not that we watched a lot but we did catch a couple movies. There is a Walmart about 2miles away and lots of restaurants close by Gary was in touch right away asking if we needed anything and said to reach out if we did The neighbors were nice and the ones we saw spoke but for the most part we had lots of privacy
