Grand et très bien situé !

Appartement toute commodités (sauf lave vaisselle 😁) et très bien fourni ! La terrasse est appréciable et abritée. L'immeuble bien sécurisé et le parking fermé en sous sol sont deux gros plus. Bien accueillis par Marine, le bus est à côté pour le centre ville, lidle à 2 minutes à pied, Intermarché a 3 😄 et la rocade juste à côté. à côté.

La terrasse est très agréable tout au long de la journée, le plus elle est à l'ombre la journée et éclairée au couché du soleil.
