Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed and a solarium.
Outside: 2 terraces, a loggia and a parking lot. Possibility to connect an electric or hybrid vehicle to an external 10 amp socket.
A 2nd parking lot is located in the residence.

Bon séjour a St pierre la mer. La maison est très bien équipée. Un peu loin de la mer avec des enfants.... ca monte! Je recommande.

Beau séjour

La maison était assez grande pour 4 adultes, bien équipée. Par contre, peu de commerces ouverts à Saint-Pierre-la-mer en octobre. C’est la basse saison La plage de sable fin est immense. Nous avons passé un beau séjour chez Sébastien et Eva.

proprieté parfaite

très belle maison vu sur la mer et près de la piscine des residences nickel .Manque la clim mais on s en ait sorti malgré la canicule .propriété propre. je recommande .Pour aller en ville ou à la plage en voiture ,toujours de la place sur les parkings.et nous pouvons aussi se rendre à la plage à pied.nous pouvons aussi garer 3 voitures près de la résidence que du bonheur.Je recommande cette location l

Séjour agréable

Propriété en adéquation avec la description. Très bien placé, à côté de la piscine de la résidence et à une bonne dizaine de minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée mais il ne manquait que la clim ou ventilateur pour pouvoir respirer lors des grandes chaleur ( qui devrait être installé en automne ce qui sera beaucoup plus agréable pour les futurs vacanciers). Résidence très propre, calme et à proximité de tt commerces ( marchés, fête foraine, restaurant…). Le propriétaire est très courtois et à l’écoute de ses locataires. Je recommande ce séjour pour ceux qu’ils veulent passer des vacances dans ce magnifique coin.
