Our New Place to Stay in Paris!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It’s spacious and clean with all the amenities that we needed and more! It’s very close to the train station making it very easy to make our way around Paris each day. The neighborhood is very friendly and inviting. The owner is very responsive and kind.

My boys and I enjoyed the property. The location was walkable near metro, pharmacy, restaurants, & markets. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace. It was centrally located. We appreciated that it had lots of courtesy basics I.e. salt, seasonings, courtesy bottled water, etc. in the cabinets unlike other rentals. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful & Spacious

This property is absolutely lovely. The 3 bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. The bathrooms are good sized. The kitchen & living room are very large and well lit. The building is very quiet with great views. Trains are close as are dining options and a terrific grocery store. There is a wonderful bakery less than a 10 minute walk. Loved this apartment.

Great place for your family trip to Paris.

The host was unbelievably kind and gracious to our family and was very accommodating. Our flight was canceled and took us three days to get another flight, but the host was flexible and allowed us to modify the dates. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with everything travelers would need for a stay. The host is also very responsive, which really helped when we had questions. The apartment is within walking distance to the Metro, which really helped us get around Paris. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a family.

Nice place

The apartment was very adequate for our group of 4 adults. The Metro station is a 10 minute walk which will take you anywhere you need to go in Paris. The train to Versailles took about 45 minutes. There is also a small grocery store next to the Metro station.

Lovely appartement for a great stay in Paris, Saint Denis

We enjoyed a great stay in this lovely appartment. It's well situated in walking distance to the Stade de France, where we went to see a concert. It lies close by to the metro station and there was also a grocery store and bakery nearby. It was clean and well equiped with everything you need. We even cooked a meal in the kitchen. It also features a nice little terrace with a view of Sacre Coeur. Farouk welcomed us very friendly at our arrival and showed us around within the appartment. We were also offered to park our car in the garage. Overall a nice place to stay, which I can highly recommend.

Large and comfortable apartment

The apartment provided everything we needed and is very spacious - two bedrooms with a queen bed each as well as a third bedroom with two separate beds - ideal for kids or teenagers. The living/dining room is very large. and the kitchen includes everything needed for making some basic meals while on vacation. There is even a balcony with view of Sacre Coeur in the distance. The host was very responsive and answered any queries quickly. The check-in and departure instructions were easy to follow and we did not have any issues. The apartment is located between two main train/metro track lines, which means it is noisy when you sit outside or have the windows open. The windows and the house however are extremely well insulated and when the windows are closed you hardly hear any outside noise. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would come back to this location if we visit Paris again

Our family vacation to Paris

We absolutely loved the apartment. The property manager showed up early to let us in so we could drop off our luggage. He didn’t have too but he did. He told me that we could come back to the apartment a couple of hours later to check in. He then found out we didn’t have anything to do so he let us check in early. He was afraid that we would say something bad about the place because there were some crumbs on the counter. I told him this is cleaner than my house. If or when we come back, I will definitely be staying here.

Appartement réservé pas disponible

À notre arrivée, le propriétaire (très sympathique), nous a avisé que l'appartement que nous avions réservé (plus spacieux, 3 chambres et avec balcon) n'était pas disponible car la toilette était brisée! Nous nous sommes retrouvées dans un 4 1/2, deux chambres beaucoup moins spacieux, pas de climatisation, ni WIFI, pas de balcon, par contre, propre. Nous n'avons pas pensé à demander un dédommagement! Premier voyage en France, nous étions tout près du Stade de France, nous étions loin de Paris, tous les déplacements se sont faits par train et métro (pas évident le métro de Paris)! Si nous faisons un autre voyage à Paris, nous réserverons un appartement plus au centre pour être plus près de tout. Nous avons quand même adoré notre séjour à Paris!

Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt gut und sicher nahe am Bahnhof und ist für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Der Supermarkt direkt an Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch. Nachteilig ist die Geräuschkulisse. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und auch die Züge sind deutlich zu hören. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hatte viel Luft nach oben. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist vorhanden. Fazit: Wir würden trotz der Mängel die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut geschnitten. Das Ein- und Ausschecken war unkompliziert, der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Gute Zugverbindung zum Zentrum (ca. 20 Min.). Achtung: sehr laut bei offenem Fenster! Wer bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen kann, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hellhörig

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, da wir aber auch nicht sehr Geräuschempfindlich sind. Von der sehr nahen Bahn hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts . Nur alles im Haus. Parkplatz so denn man einen findet, am besten Auto da stehen lassen , man findet so schnell keinen mehr. Es gehört nämlich keiner zur Wohnung und schon gar kein Tiefgaragen platz.

Bell'appartamento rapporto prezzo/posizione concente

Siamo venuti a Parigi a Pasqua e le case in centro erano troppo care. Questa proprietà é a 8 minuti dal centro di Parigi e molto ben servita. Quartiere nuovo, pulito e tranquillo. Tre camere da letto vere soggiorno e cucina ampi e luminosi. Una bella vacanza.

The property

The apartment was very spacious and seemed very clean. Initially, we were very happy with the property. However, on the 2nd night there, I killed a small big on the bed spread. I let the owner know. He then asked me if I was sure it was a bug. The next night, I saw, took a picture and killed a bigger bug. As it turned out, it was a bed bug. I ended up with 20-25 bites. We moved the next day. I sent the owner a picture of the bug pre and post killing it. He seemed to be responsive initially but never offered a refund for our stay. He offered a different property overlooking the Eiffel Tower on a subsequent visit to Paris and suggested we stay in contact. I have since been ghosted. He never admitted to looking at the pictures I emailed him of the multiple bites I sustained. I have been to l in touch with VRBO. I sent them pictures of the bite sites. They told me they'd launch an investigation. I've not heard back. I still have scars from where the bugs bit me. I'm dealing with PTSD as everytime I have an area itching, I check for bed bugs. I have difficulty sleeping and still have not fully unpacked from the trip for fear of bed bugs possibly being in my bags. My suitcases remain on my backporch close to a month after returning home. It's been a nightmare. Not impressed with VRBO.

Ferienwohnung am „Stade du France“

Wohnung genau wie beschrieben. 3 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen. Großzügiger Zuschnitt. Alles war einwandfrei sauber und in Ordnung. Abgeschlossener Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.
