Gulf front community with excellent amenities includes a private beach with beach chairs for residents, large heated pool, kids pool and spa with expansive deck/lounge area, tennis courts, fitness center and a sauna . This unit is on the 2nd floor with lovely views of the the Longboat Key Club golf course. The Unit has one outside parking assigned and guest parking spaces available. Unit comes with wireless Internet and cable tv.

Beautiful location

The condo is very clean, comfy beds and kitchen equipped for all your needs. A beautiful view of the golf course and just minutes walk to the beach and pool areas. Beachplace is very well maintained and beautiful grounds.

The condo has a partial ocean view overlooking a golf course, partial ocean view and beautiful walk/pathway to the private beach. Do not worry about dragging beach umbrellas and chairs, because the condo staff provides them at the private beach area designated for the condo residents.
