Experience the best of southern Utah in this beautiful vacation home in Washington City, located just minutes from downtown St. George. Enjoy the stunning views from the community pool and hot tub, which is just steps away from the house, perfect for a family vacation. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home, called Sonrisa (Spanish for Smile), is spacious and professionally designed for ultimate comfort.

The home features tall ceilings, large windows and elegant decor, giving it a spacious and airy feel. The living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a second master bedroom with a king size bed and a bunk room with three bunk beds, 2 twin over double and 1 twin over queen with it's own private bathroom and TV.

Outside, there is a comfortable patio area with outdoor BBQ grill and patio table with umbrella, ideal for enjoying a meal or drink while admiring the views. The home also includes a private garage and overflow parking, as well as satellite TV and fast WiFi. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of kitchen and bath amenities.

The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, close to hiking, biking, and adventure sports like rock climbing, canyoneering, and ATV trails, in places like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and Sand Hollow State Park. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the nearby Coral Canyon Golf Course and take in the beautiful views. There is also the Washington Community Center, which has the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah.

Your Safety is our #1 Concern! My 2nd Home, LLC was founded by a previous General Manager of a Wyndham Resort. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.

Good Choice

We enjoyed this well cared for property and found it very convenient to everything in St. George. The quiet desert location and this accommodation had all that we needed and wanted. It was great to have a big pool, a long connecting trail to walk or bike and a private garage. Hope to return soon!

Pros: beds were comfortable, thick towels, garage parking was nice. Con: this unit was advertised as "Sonrisa by the Pool" and "just steps from the pool." The pool was not operational during our stay. We were not notified before hand and no compensation was offered for not having this primary feature we had looked forward to. We were offered to move to a smaller unit that would not have fit our family. We were very disappointed in this experience. Also the fire alarm is very sensitive and went off twice just for us trying to fry bacon in a pan. The guest tub in the kids room was clogged. Dirty towels were left from the previous guests.

Everything was wonderful!

The place seemed even better than expected, based on experience with previous rentals not completely measuring up. The kids room was great. The two lower bedroom beds were SO high that we could have used a step stool 😄 Nearness to the pool entrance was just the best! Decor was very nice, and the living area/kitchen was arranged great, with a nice pantry, and everything needed for food prep

Loved Two Master Suites

We were two couples and enjoyed having two king masters with en-suites. Being right next to the pool can be great or just noisy depending on your preference. Location is good access to the highway and short drive to Walmart and Costco. Condo was well equipped.

Convenient location & perfect size.

Positives: We were able to check-in early, for a fee, which was needed after our travels before the nights agenda. House was easy for us to come & go less the garage opener that was missing at the time we checked-in. Property management was aware so we wouldn't be charged for it. Beds were very comfortable & feels like being at home while on vacation. Concerns: Downstairs Master shower floor is quite slipperry. Worried about fall hazard. Upstairs Master bath drains slowly. Ended up showering in ankle deep water. Overall we really loved our stay here & would stay here again. Mahalo nui loa & Happy New Year!

Fall Break Trip

We stayed here with our family and a few friends. It worked out great for us. The pool was great. The location is just far enough away from every thing that you aren’t in the middle of it, but close enough that it’s not too far away. We have stayed in the neighborhood a few times and have enjoyed it.

The property was wonderful. It was private and had everything we needed for a week's stay near Zion and Bryce Canyon. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was just steps from the back patio. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time visiting St. George. The kids loved the pool... I loved that it was nearby. The hot tub was hot, which was nice to relax sore muscles. I say coffee drinkers be aware because this rental only had a Keurig coffee maker during our stay. I was unprepared, having purchased the regular grounds in the bag ahead of time. Funny thing is, they supplied a couple small bags of coffee and some regular filters...I don't know why. Once we purchased the K-cups, we thoroughly enjoyed having the Keurig!

Beautiful, Perfect Location

This property was beautiful! The convenience of the pool being right outside the patio door was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there, just an FYI that the coffee maker is a Keurig. Everything about our stay was great. The propane was out when we arrived, but was filled very promptly once the property manager was notified. The only part I didn't like is that there was only a few days worth of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. It would be nice to have those covered, especially since we paid to stay an entire week. It was a minor inconvenience, and I would still give it a 5-star rating. My entire family loved it and there was so much space!

Beautiful townhouse in a lovely quiet neighborhood

This townhouse was even more than advertised, with a wonderful kitchen with all you would need! Each bedroom had plenty of space and it was perfect for our family which consisted of 9 adults. It was steps from the pool and had a small padio that was so pleasant to enjoy morning or evening. It was very clean and well kept. It was just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The owners were very easy to work with and got back with answers to our inquiries in a timely manner. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! We all really enjoyed our 4 night stay wishing it could last longer!

Sienna Hills Rental by Community Pool

Fantastic house. Big, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, 15 feet away from the pool and quite close to St. George. The garage is too short to fit our minivan with the bike rack on it, but there's extra parking on the sides of the pool. Lovely place to stay.

Beautiful place

We were in town for a softball and baseball tournament and the weather turned bad. This place was perfect for us to be cooped up inside. It gave us plenty of room to hang out, the kids had their own room with video games to keep them entertained. The pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was cold outside. This condo is perfectly clean and beautiful. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect home for our family

We wanted to escape for the week and spend time just relaxing. This home is right outside the pool gate and was a perfectly quiet spot to have a great week. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing video games, watching movies and time together. We would be happy to spend time here again.

Ty and Pam owned timeshares, and Pam was the general manager of a Wyndham timeshare resort while Ty owned and operated multiple quick lubes. But years ago they realized their timeshare quarterly fees just kept growing while usage of their timeshare kept shrinking due to the fact that the timeshares were rarely located in places they needed to travel for family events, etc. They hated using hotels/motels after being spoiled with the comforts of a timeshare, so they searched for a better option and started using marketing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO to rent vacation rentals. They soon discovered they could have the quality of a time share in locations wherever they needed, and not have to pay quarterly dues! So they sold their time shares, and over time, when it was time for Pam to take on a more regional role within the resort she managed, she decided she did not want to live the next several years in airports and cities nationwide with grandchildren close to home, so she and Ty decided to start their own business managing vacation rentals.

With Pam's experience in hospitality, the business has grown in leaps and bounds. They soon discovered that most vacation rental management companies come from a real estate background and have no knowledge of what it takes to operate a hospitality business. Pam knows that regulations to the vacation rental business are coming soon, so she insists on being ahead of the curve. This is why they have contracted with ALSCO for professionally leased and laundered linens. While most vacation rentals rely on their in-home washers and dryers, Pam knows from her training that only commercial washers reach temperatures hot enough to kill bacteria which can be brought into a rental home from guests traveling from anywhere in the world. Ty and Pam also discovered other management companies as well as personally managed properties allow various cleaning chemicals to be stored under cupboards or closets where children can easily reach, leaving the property owner with an unnecessary liability. As they began to manage homes which had previously been managed by other nightly rental management companies, they realized quickly that very few management companies had preventative maintenance programs in place, which Pam knows the importance of, to ensure the best condition of the property. Pam says, "Each property must have a baseline of cleanliness that must be brought back to after each guest stay. Straying from that baseline can cause long-term issues with a home that is unacceptable in hospitality standards and expectations."

Another concern Pam had was noticing that property management companies, as well as private managed homes, used either keys, (which can be easily copied) were stored in lock boxes with combinations which were rarely, if ever, changed. Or they were using inexpensive keypads which were also rarely changed. She knew there needed to be a better way to secure a property. So with a little investigation they discovered that WiFi locks were the latest technological advancement in the vacation rental industry and she insisted we needed to provide these locks for the properties we managed so we could ensure a new code for each guest which would activate at their arrival date at a specific time, and deactivate on the day of their departure, also at a specific time. Each vendor would also receive their own expirable code so that nobody could enter the property without her knowledge, thereby securing the property better than a key or cheap keypad lock ever could.

Pam's wealth of knowledge she has from her professional training, traveling to Seattle, Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando, and countless more places over her years as a manager for Wyndham is priceless for property owners and guests alike. She brings a unique set of skills to the industry of vacation rentals which can be a great asset for a property owner wanting the best results from their 2nd Home.
