Villa Chez Nous is a beautifully contemporary furnished vacation home on a 100 ft wide canal in the desirable SW of Cape Coral, featuring Western exposure for those amazing Florida sunsets.

This 3 bedroom (2 king/1 Queen) and 2 bathroom home offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and boaters will appreciate the large walk around dock with boat lift. The Pool is electrically heated. Despite its quiet location Villa Chez Nous is just a three-minute drive away from important connecting roads, grocery stores and restaurants.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $ 25.00/week is included in the rent. Additional usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Wonderful Stay

This home was delightful. It was clean, well appointed, great pool, and centrally located. Property management was attentive to any request we made. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Property is impeccable , very clean and in a quite neighborhood, we had anything we might need, it is located only 35 minutes from Sanibel beach, my only complaint is it was the first time I am charged for electricity, anyway we had a great time and we would recommend this property to anyone.

House is great

Cape Coral is very boring and all the restaurants are packed and hard to get in. Plus they start to fill up at 3:30 and close at 10:00.

Lovely Home

We checked in and enjoyed the pool, cooked out on grill, they brought us Kayaks, so much fun and relaxing. Close to everything in a quite neighborhood. Would love to do this again.

Cape Coral month

Very nice house for our one month stay in Cape Coral. Modern, recently renovated throughout. Great heated pool, used it every day. Only complaint was a poor quality dishwasher, did not get the dishes clean. I highly recommend this property.

The property was stocked with everything you will need - bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee grinder - they’ve thought of everything. Great location, beautiful property!
