The modern and high quality apartment is on the ground floor of a new building (2013). The quiet but central location makes the use of the car unnecessary. It is 50m to the lake, 5 minutes' walk to the town center and the lido. The apartment has a large living area with a corner couch and a cozy dining area and a modern kitchenette, which is fully equipped. From the large bedroom and the living area you have access to the balcony, which invites you to relax and offers a view of the lake and the Alps. The apartment includes a parking space and lockable bicycle storage facilities.

Urlaub am Bodensee
Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer Wohnung, die alles bietet, was für den Alltag benötigt wird. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist hierbei die Fischbude, mit richtig leckeren Fischbrötchen und mehr, welche praktisch direkt vor der Tür ist.

Inserat stimmte genau, Betten waren bezogen. Schön wäre bei 14 Tagen Aufenthalt ein etwas umfangreicheres Handtuchpaket (wenn auch gegen Aufpreis), zumal keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist modern und super ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral und mit Blick auf den Bodensee und die Berge….. einfach traumhaft. Mit Schiff, Bus, Auto, Rad oder zu Fuß kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Bei uns bleibt das Auto meist stehen. Größere Ausflüge unternehmen wir mit dem Schiff. Der Bodensee ist wunderschön und zieht uns magisch an. Wir haben nach 7 Monaten wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbracht und hatten wie beim letzten Mal gutes Wetter. Dieses Mal haben wir die Lokale in der Nähe getestet und waren begeistert. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Schöne FeWo mit Schwächen
Es handelt sich um eine moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe zur Seestraße, allerdings besteht vor Ort kein direkter Zugang zum See, da direkt am Ufer Privatgrundstücke liegen. Zugang zum See besteht beim Seebad (ca. 300 m) oder am Hafen (ca. 600 m). Von daher konnten wir auch die Angabe „100 m zum See“ so nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wohnung verfügt einen eigen Parkplatz und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses (direkt über der FeWo wohnt eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern). Die Buchung und der Check-in verliefen unproblematisch. Vor Ort hatten wir nur Kontakt mit der Verwalterin, nicht mit dem Vermieter selbst (für uns aber okay). Wir waren Mitte März dort und offenbar stand die Wohnung vor unserem Aufenthalt längere Zeit leer: Es gab Spinnweben und Staub, die Fenster waren sehr dreckig, im Kühlschrank musste vereizelt Schimmel weggewischt werden. Hier hätten wir uns vor Anreise eine Reinigung erhofft. Insgesamt daher eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die leider einige Schwächen hat.

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts und alles ist sehr edel. Der Balkon hat zwar dauerhaft Schatten, aber die direkte Seenähe gleicht das komplett aus. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Busverbindungen sind spitze. Da wir auch noch riesiges Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, war es ein richtig toller Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Zutreffende Beschreibung
Vollständige Ausstattung, mehr als „üblich“. Gepflegte, saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Lage am Bodensee-Radweg, „zentrumsnah“ und trotzdem ruhig! Für zwei Personen ideal. Alle Versorgungseinrichtungen sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Wieder eine schöne Woche am Bodensee!
Auch dieses Jahr hatten wir wieder eine schöne Urlaubswoche am Bodensee. Es gab einen Tag mit Dauerregen, der sich aber in der schönen Ferienwohnung gut überbrücken ließ. Durch die gute Lage der Ferienwohnung sind Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft, öffentlicher Strand und Restaurants gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Urlaub am Bodensee
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Krummel von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man als Urlauber benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Strandbad von Immenstaad. Auch der Supermarkt ist schnell erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Fischimbiss an der Seestrasse West. Immenstaad ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den vielen schönen Orten am Bodensee. Wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen alle mit der Realität überein. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Das WLAN ist OK 40 D - 11 U. Der Preis für 7 Tage im Mai, 820,- EUR ist wohl Bodensee typisch. Der Preis geht aber OK, Preis/Leistung passen. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.
