Clean home and well stocked. Great location!

The home is spacious and well stocked. Very clean and very close to the Fredrick downtown where we could walk to for dinner. The master bath had no hot water though, so we ended up using only the guest shower during our stay.

Very comfortable and great location

Right downtown in historic old Frederick. Two large bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of room, very clean. Only minor bummer was not having CNN as an available channel on the TV. But really, no complaints at all. Couldn't have been cleaner, which was appreciated. Would definitely come back again!

This was a perfect property for my friend and I to stay in for a few days. It’s only a couple of blocks from Market Street where we walked, did some shopping and ate at local restaurants including a couple of pubs.

Great location, comfortable stay but noisy upstairs neighbors

We will likely stay here again as it was a great deal for the space and location. It’s nice that they provide everything needed for a short term stay, you can tell there’s a lot of thought put into this place. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not really a complaint but just fyi that you can hear every step of whoever is staying upstairs. Our baby was able to sleep through it with his sound machine.

Perfect

My husband and I were in Frederick for our daughter’s graduation from a training. We wish we were able to stay longer. This property is in a great location to shops and restaurants. There is a bakery just down from it that was worth standing in line for! This property was perfect-amount of space, cleanliness, location, and it was so quiet! We are definitely planning on coming back and spending more time in this charming area and staying at this property again!

Relaxing Stay

Exceptional location in a lovely town

An excellent renovation of an older property. Amenities were great with two stylish baths and a fully outfitted kitchen with laundry. The private parking out in back of the house was a plus.

We enjoyed the rental over Christmas. The city is so walkable and the property is close to many restaurants, shops and the beautiful park and paths. It was spacious and easy to access.

Great location ok home

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Frederick but the house had ants and random hair scattered about. Overall worth the stay if you aren’t paying a premium and you adjust your expectations.

Spacious Modern Condo

The condo was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for enjoying the nearby park and all of the downtown activities. It was nice to park our car in off street parking and leave it there for the weekend.

Great place in Frederick!

Location was GREAT! Parking a huge plus. Place had all OUR essentials and then some - good wifi, lots of hot water, coffee pot and an ice maker! Beds were very comfy. Washer/dryer looked brand new. Plenty of linens available. Loved the bathrooms and kitchen - great updates. Location could not have been better - right across the street from Carroll Creek Park - and everything was very walkable. Definitely recommend.
