Cozy up on the swing to take in sunrise views over Apalachicola Bay. Fish and Boat from the private dock. Roomy Living/Dining area plus a separate office/reading nook/game room. Located just a mile from our historic downtown shopping and restaurant district. Minimum 30 night stays. $3,900/month plus $300 cleaning fee and 9% Lodging tax. Refundable security deposit to confirm reservation.
