Seafront villa 50 meters from the beach

It is a single-storey house of 80 m2 that can accommodate 4 people, in a quiet street 50 meters from the sea. A charming enclosed patio with trees will allow you to enjoy your meals in peace while enjoying the sun. The permanent market and entertainment are in the city center 5 minutes walk away.
Household amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, TV, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen equipment. Iron. New bedding dimensions: 160cm and 140cm. Sheltered space for bicycles or strollers.
Stays are a minimum of 1 week from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Saturday.
An extra charge for the supply of sheets: 40€ per bed.
Cleaning systematically carried out by us for 80€ per stay and to be paid on your arrival.

Verblijf was goed alleen jammer dat we moesten betalen voor het beddengoed €40,- voor 1bed dit was volgens de advertentie inbegrepen contact met Vrbo hier over gehad maar daar nog steeds geen antwoord van gekregen. Huis was schoon maar in de wasmachine zat schimmel (zag ik na gewassen te hebben)bij thuis komst de kleren een paar keer moeten wassen om de muffe lucht weg te krijgen.het internet was ontzettend slecht

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem hübsch eingerichteten Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt

Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem hübsch eingerichteten Domizil. Die Ausstattung ist gut und zweckmäßig, allerdings wurde die Bettwäsche nicht wie beschrieben gestellt, sondern musste mit 40,- € pro Bett zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Für dei Endreinigung fielen ebenfalls 70,- € an. Das hätten wir gerne vor unserem Aufenthalt gewusst, zum Beispiel durch eine kurze Mail, in der alles wissenswerte mitgeteilt wird. Leider gab es vor unserem Urlaub keine Kommunikation. Der Außenbereich liegt gegenüber der Eingangstür der freundlichen Vermieterin, die sich aber sehr diskret zurückhält, so dass man dort in Ruhe sitzen kann. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und der Markt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt und entspannte 14 Tage verbracht.

Ligging in de buurt van het strand

Het huis was redelijk schoon, maar de vaatwasser was wel vies en de oude koel/vriescombinatie maakte veel lawaai. Gelukkig hoorde je dit niet in de slaapkamer. De cv-ketel stond op 40 graden, wat niet wenselijk is i.v.m. kans op salmonella. Hier kwam ik helaas pas achter na het douchen, omdat het water niet warm werd. Communiceren gaat alleen in het Frans. Dat er voor het beddengoed en de schoonmaakt moest worden betaald stond niet in de advertentie vermeld en dit hoefde we volgens Vrbo ook niet te betalen. De tweede slaapkamer is alleen via de tuin te bereiken en niet van binnenuit. Er zit alleen een deur in deze kamer en geen raam. Voor de rest is de woning ruim en heb je een zitje op een omsloten terras, waar ook de woning van de eigenaresse aan grenst. De woning ligt op loopafstand van een heel mooi strand en ook de plaatsje is mooi verzorgd.

Manque d'info dans le descriptif

Maison confortable , spacieuse , idéalement située , 2min a pied de la plage ( non surveillée) centre du village et animation a faire a pied . A SAVOIR , car aucune information à ce sujet , la 2eme chambre est indépendante, il faut repasser pas le patio, c'est cool pour des ados mais pas pour des enfants en bas âge , car vous devrez les enfermer a clefs ... Manque un peu d'intimité dans le patio entre les 2 maisons , malgré que la propriétaire soit très discrète, nous n'avons pas osé manger le soir dehors par peur de déranger . Mais on fini toujours pas s'adapter et a passer un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cette maison qui était en tout point conforme à la description communiquée par la propriétaire. Emplacement parfait proche des commerces et de la plage. Ville très agréable

Mooi verblijf vlak bij zee

Châtelaillon-Plage verraste ons qua netheid. Gezellig dorpje waar alles er keurig uitzag. Het huisje had een zeer praktische indeling en alles was keurig aanwezig om er een week te vertoeven. Strand was zo dicht bij dat we er meerdere keren per dag te vinden waren. Als uitvalsbasis voor mooie fietstochten is Fouras en La Rochelle aan te bevelen (binnenland niet) en een uitstapje naar de (schier)eilanden waar je ook prachtig kunt fietsen.

Perfektes Haus an einem zauberhaften Strand

Das wunderschöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus besticht vor allem durch seine perfekte Lage ca. 200 Meter vom zauberhaften Strand von Châtelaillon-Plage entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Umgebung perfekt genießen können. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Geschirr u.ä. lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung! Alles notwendige vorhanden. Nette Vermieterin als Nachbarin mit guten Tipps für den Urlaub. Der Strand war sehr schön: nicht so voller Sandstrand und schnell zu erreichen.

Einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt

Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr schöner Außensitzplatz und großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, doch für das Bad muss man ALLES mitbringen. Es gab Verwirrung wegen der noch zu zahlenden 50 Euro. Die Vermieterin sagte, es sei für die Bettwäsche, im Inserat steht für die Endreinigung. Egal wie - es war sehr schön und angenehm dort. Im Ort selbst findet man alles. Und wir konnten schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen.

Charmante maison très bien située

Maison très confortable, bien équipée, très propre. Proche de la plage, des commerces. On peut tout faire à pied. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Seul bémol, aucune intimité à l'extérieur du fait d'un patio commun avec la propriétaire. Sinon, environnement très calme et reposant.

Séjour très agréable

L'hôte est très sympathique et attentive au confort. La location est très confortable et soignée. La situation idéale car pratiquement au pied de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied des commerces.
