Family memories

Took our three great grandchildren, granddaughter on vacation, stayed on the beach in 2 bedroom suit deluxe, great view of ocean and interior coastal. Was so breathtaking, pools was amazing, lazy river was really liked by all. Close to a Dayton race track really like it. Would like to express on the valet employee, needs to a little nicer to your guest unloading and loading. Over all it was a very nice stay.

Cheerleading Competition

Attended a cheerleading competition and this location was within walking distance to all the events. The check in process was quick and easy, room was clean and spacious with an ocean front balcony view. I will definitely rent this property again.

Great Vacation

I booked and paid for oceanfront and when I arrived I did not get oceanfront. The desk had an available room the following day in which they moved me into. A personal item was left behind and was never found. The stay was wonderful. Everyone was super friendly. The area was close to everything we needed. The children loved the pools. I would recommend to stay here and will return.

We received a beautiful spacious room. We didn't have a view of the ocean but the city view was great. Loved the full kitchen. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Loved how close the property was to the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Nice location close to everything. Pools were kept nice. The drawback was the pool sun was gone too early in the day for my liking. I don’t care to be on the beach, just by it is fine with me. Come and enjoy a quick break from the day to day!

Smelly Suite

The smell in this unit almost knocked us off of our feet when we arrived and every time we entered the unit there after. When we arrived there was an industrial drying fan blowing in the unit attempting to dry the carpet where clearly there is some type of leak. The smell in the unit was a cross between mold/mildew and a unit full of old dirty smelly socks.

Wonderful stay

This place was great for traveling with a teen. She could have her own space and we could drink coffee on the balcony. Plenty of basics to get you started. Location was great right next to the water and close to downtown Daytona. Everything was in working order, unit was clean. We could watch the sunrise from the balcony. A couple of little shops and restaurants right next door. Perfect for any event at Ocean Center, just a short walk. Worth noting that this is a Club Wyndham property, but we didn't get any annoying sales pitch at the property. We did get a coupon to Landshark, and we did get the pitch there and had to walk away.

Great Place but parking sucks!!!!!

The condo is wonderful and fully stocked and a perfect location. Except the parking no matter what size unit you rent you only receive 1 parking spot. Which is fine you know this ahead of time. But staying here during an event you are not guaranteed a parking spot. They will tell you if you dont have your plaque in your car you will be towed. Well we came in late and no parking spots, the guest services told us to park on the wall or go across the street and we will validate the parking. It was aggravating to see all the cars without the plaques in parking spots and us with a plaque with no parking.

Dirty and not nice

Smells of weed in the hallways, disgustingly dirty, mold in showers, sinks and vanities were very dirty. Pools closed daily for chemical issue, feces or the threat of lightening. Never could get a pool chair even though you were not suppose to save. Homeless people from the beach would come into property.

Great family friendly rental!

Overall we really enjoyed the location and the environment of this rental. My only downfall was communication before hand and it was with KOALA, not Wyndham. I wasn’t sure if there was an attendant on staff 24/7 and would be checking in later due to our flight. Was told after our cancellation window was up we would get that info. Was a little leary taking a chance we could get in later at night but felt like I had to since Koala wouldn’t answer my question. Once I had the number Wyndham eased my mind and all was good. All worked out. Amenities in our 2 bedroom suite-basic kitchen stuff and a few pool towels. Bathroom had a blow dryer. In suite washer/dryer that helped with wet towels. Bring floaties, and what we you’d want for the beach or they have stores close by to purchase. Beach chair and umbrella rental on the beach as well. Slide was broken when we visited but lots of other things to do for kids. We brought a collapsible cooler and made good use of it. While we did get approached a few times about timeshares, we never felt overly annoyed by it or pressured. Starbucks on property that helped when we stayed out too late at the swim up bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Very adequate, if dated

Check in was a friendly, if tedious, process of being passed from one person to another. As it was 2.00am by our body clocks, we could have done with it quicker. The appartment was spacious, well appointed and clean. As much of both the building and the whole area, it was in need of a refresh but it didn't affect our stay. Because, much of our time was occupied elsewhere we didn't use other facilities much. For us, not used to loud music everywhere, it was difficult to use the outdoors patio area, as there was nowhere quiet to have decent conversation. During the course of the stay, we had three problems with the appartment, which were all dealt with promptly and efficienntly, including the immediate replacement of a faulty fridge. There seemed to be a lack of useful information, either about the appartment facilties or about the surrouding are. We are used to having an informationleaflet/booklet in the appartment/ house Staff were always willing to help but seemed to lack local knkowledge. For example, obviously, being self-catering, we needed to know where to buy food supplies. Staff seemed vague about where to find any supermarket and lacked knowledge about public transport or local taxi firms. knowledge about dining out was also very limited. Not into fast food, we wanted something more traditional, if dining out. We found out about one such restaurant, within easy walking distance only as we were leaving. Overall, the appartment was comfortable & suited its purpose.
