This is the B side of a duplex. There is no worry about noise from the neighbors, the builder added extra soundproofing between the units. Great view of the Sacramento mountains from the backyard. Fire ring and grill in the backyard for outdoor entertainment. Fully furnished kitchen, linens, and towels. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. Full size in the other 2 bedrooms.

Michael and Carol LeFevre. We have lived in Alamogordo for over 40 years, married for 39 years. Both of us are Air Force brats, Carol's father retired here in 1976. We have 3 daughters but are now empty nesters. We enjoy the great out doors and there are great places here for hiking.
