The property was clean, however the house was dated. The pool was marvelous, but the pool side lounge chairs were all (4) unusable/dangerous. We found coffee glass carafe cracked and replaced it, and purchased our own pillows/cases as the house offerings were stained and old. We only used the Master bedroom & bath, and made Owner aware of the dangerous pool chairs.

Fantastic place to stay

Such a great place to stay I had a wonderful time here. Very close to beaches and golf. The pool was great to come home to with a nice private atmosphere. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you

My February retreat

I have loved coming to this home for the last 3 years. It’s like my 2nd home. Love the relaxation, anytime of the day on the patio . I would spend hours . The host is alway so friendly and helpful to any of my concerns and needs.

Thanksgiving getaway

We were looking for a beach adventure for our Thanksgiving break and this private oasis with the heated pool was perfect! The house and property were very clean, check in was super easy and the heated pool was the perfect way to wind down in the evening and start the next day! Only 20 minutes from the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book again!

House was comfortable and clean. Took a while to figure out how to heat pool but really enjoyed it once heated up. Tough place to come and go from. Nice neighborhood.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice location for our family to enjoy the Gulf coast. The home is spacious and relaxing. The pool was a great temp and was able to be enjoyed for December. We would recommend an upgrade with kitchen linens & master bedding. The canopy above the master headboard needs either cleaned or removed. The creaky master bed is overly soft for our comfort. The other two bedrooms were nice. Please make sure you are prepared for the next guest with propane, charcoal, lighter fluid. Kasha was quick to reply of the shortage at the home. We had to run to purchase & Kasha refunded with no problem.

Relaxing pool home in the sunshine

We loved staying at this home. Definitely wonderful to come back to after a long day at the beach! My husband, our children and I stayed for a week. The location is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, grilling food and going for walks. There is a playground for the kids 4 min. Drive down the rd. At the Rotonda Park. This house is close to beautiful Englewood beach and Manasota beach which we visited daily!! We even went out on jet skis!!! The home was only a half hour away from Venice too! (Wich is one of my favorite areas to visit when I go down to Florida.) Kasha was very responsive to any and all questions I had. We would totally stay again!!!! ☀️🌴

Secluded Beach Base Camp

My wife, sister, brother-in-law and I spent six days in this beautiful home with a private pool and lush backyard greenery for extra privacy. It was a great place to launch our beach, restaurant, fishing and sightseeing adventures. Hunting the beaches for fossil shark teeth was an unexpected pleasure. The only negative part of the experience was leaving. We would defy stay there again if we visit the Sarasota area!

Rotonda West Visit

We were very happy with our stay. The home is conveniently located close to many nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping in Englewood and nearby communities. It is very beautifully decorated and very clean with nice amenities. The pool is wonderful for privacy with beautiful plants and landscaping and vacant lots on both sides of the property. I enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool and drinking coffee or enjoying a snack and listening to the birds singing. The home is very nicely laid-out with easy access to the pool from 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A CD player with speakers by the patio and pool was nice to listen to music in and by the pool. There was an area to use a gas or charcoal grill that was nice. The entire property is nicely landscaped with a garage for easy packing and unpacking the car, privacy and security. The television had many streaming channels and a Blu-ray player that we enjoyed for some discs we brought with us. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for offering the property for others to enjoy. It was a great stay for us and we hope we can go back again.

Private Oasis

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful, privately surrounded (by greenery, trees, & flowers) in the back by the screened in pool patio as the neighborhood is safe & quiet! We felt like we were right at home and definitely recommend this home to others! Our hostess was very communicable and polite!

Perfect getaway

Thank you so much for the beautiful and cozy house. We enjoyed our family vacation a lot. It’s a very quiet area. We liked the house, it has everything you need on vacation. The pool was a welcome retreat. We would definitely return again. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic home

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very at home. The home is beautiful, very comfortable, and plenty of room, and we really enjoyed the pool. The home is in a very nice and quiet location. It is fantastic that the information you need for the tv, internet, trash etc. are on a framed board on the wall, as well as how to contact the owners. We look forward to coming back and staying again.
