Incredible first floor condo located in the heart of Wild Dunes. Coastal colors with tropical decor throughout this spacious end unit. Screened porch with peeks of the ocean and steps directly to the beach path and complex pool. End units feature large picture windows throughout the condo.

This condo features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a stocked kitchen. The spacious living area features a large screened TV and direct access to the screened porch. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Additional sleeping space includes a custom twin day-bed with built-in storage.

Premier oceanfront condominium complex, this unit is just minutes from championship golf courses and other fantastic amenities. Port O Call complex offers a large swimming pool, gas grill, elevator, and beach access with outdoor showers.

All new reservations will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! *3-21 nights only.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from E,F,G buildings of Port O'Call to Ocean Club. Noise/disruption of equipment moving through this area is possible.*

Easy access to the Beach

We enjoyed are stay. The owners and property management company were excellent in responses to questions and concerns. Lovely beach and the Wild Dunes resort areas are gorgeous and well maintained. A wonderful location for a relaxing vacation.

Port-o-call is calling.

The property was in a great location. A short walk to the beach, and a nice gated community with bike trails as well as a conveniently located pool. We enjoyed having breakfast on the covered back patio while listening to the waves.

We enjoyed the beauty of the property and its great location next to the ocean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the ceiling fan on the screened-in back porch did not work. We loved sitting out there but it would have been nicer to have a ceiling fan running.

Loved location and liked ground level where you could walk off porch to pool and beach.

Property was good. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Needs new living room sofa and chairs. However, sleep sofa was very comfortable for my daughter and husband. Overall very good for a small place.

Port O Call

The condo was adequate. It is showing it's age and has some floor settling issues and could use updated kitchenware, new steps out the back porch, and a nicer bathroom, but we would stay here again. Location is nice, steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Amenities we're good. Pool was very nice and the VayK Gear credit was an added bonus.

Great location

This is a very tired and rundown condo on the inside. Lots of rusty old beach chairs and junk filled the patio so we never really utilized that. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed. Great location for the pool and access to the beach. If you don’t care much about the furniture and interior of where your staying then this would be a great place.

Very nice. Stove with knobs on front too easy to bump and turn on. Be very careful. TV coverage disappointing as we could not watch ESPN. Every thing else was great.

Good Property, Few Issues

Cable and internet down one day, Cable TV down another day. Several electrical outlets did not work. Overall we liked the unit, but frustrations with the above items. Would stay here again, other issue with this property is the beach gone from erosion. High tide is up on the dunes, likely will continue to be an issue here

Needs Improvement

No closet space for renters. Owner had closet packed with their personal belongings. Tub caulking needs replaced, molded. Tub grout needs areas replaced molded. Had to get management to bring in clean shower curtain. Didn’t know when booking that you couldn’t use fitness center. Didn’t know when booking you couldn’t rent a tennis court.

Great Location - Needs Updating

The property itself was in a great location and we managed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. There is a lot of updating that needs to take place to this property, however. The bathroom is very old and dirty, with lots of mold. We almost daily found cockroaches strolling around the condo. The screened-in porch needs all new furniture, new screens and just overall redone. The property could be fantastic if they just did a little updating and some maintenance. Luckily we weren't in the condo much so overall we enjoyed our time in Charleston/IOP.

Paradise on the beach

Overall review

Unit needs a lot of updating. Older and uncomfortable seating in living room and porch. Floor was not clean, while wearing socks they got dirty immediately. Beach furniture was very old and rickety, we chose not to use it. The Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes is beautiful but we would not stay in this unit again,

Perfect!

Wonderful location - very easy beach access. I can understand why this property is always booked. Decorations are bright and colorful throughout the condo. The bed's mattress is superb! Kitchen is full stocked with appliances and cooking essentials (like others we left pantry items that couldn't be packed - check out before you grocery shopping. There are PLENTY of coffee filters!) There are also some beach chairs and an umbrella. Great supplements to what we also ordered online for beach supplies. The property management team is outstanding. Tip - pull down on the tub faucet to work the shower :) We can't wait to come back to IOP and hopefully return to this location. Many thanks again to Carolina One for ensuring we had an incredible first visit!

Ocean view from the patio and easy walk to beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy parking, rental company made check-in a breeze, and we were steps away from the beach! Restaurants in Isle of Palms/Sullivan's Island were about 15 minutes away - not too bad. Some minor updates could have been made to the property but overall, we had a great time and had a relaxing trip!
