Private nicely landscaped all-to-your-self lot approx. 30' x 45' and it's, conveniently across the boat ramp, laundry area, has new 30' dock w/ immediate ocean access for boats up to 26'.

Great accommodations, amenities, location and host!

Everything about the property was as advertised, clean and what we expected. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The surrounding neighbors always had a friendly wave or hello! Location (walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and more) and water access was awesome. Anthony, our host, was very helpful and was a pleasure to meet. He was always available to make sure our stay was great. Would definitely rent from him again.

Hidden Gem in the heart of The Keys

We rented this RV in a mobile home park located in Marathon. The process was effortless and Anthony was great to work with. He went out of his way to help us with things totally not related to the rental and made sure we had everything we needed or helped us get it. The community is made up of long term residents and vacationers. Very homey community. Very pet friendly. Close to everything but with a non resort feel, which we prefer. The RV was well appointed and we were able to be on our boat, that was docked right out the back door, and in the middle of the ocean within minutes. We come to the keys often and will stay here every time if able. Check out our pics under Google reviews for Key by the Sea!

Nice Getaway

It’s was our first time staying in a RV and we enjoyed it very much. We wanted to go to Florida Keys for our vacation and we booked the perfect location. Marathon has everything you need and Captain Anthony property is located close to everything. Two grocery stores, gas stations, boat ramps and beautiful beaches. Capt Anthony was very pleasant to work with and always a phone call away. Very nice guy, helpful and resourceful with very good recommendations for anything in the area. We brought our boat and he helped me with launching the boat and also parking the trailer in the property. We are planning to go back to Marathon this summer.
