Welcome!

Just 10 minutes walk from the idyllic Pére Lachaise cemetery. My flat is located along one of the many side streets of central Paris, with its classic buildings and charming shops, and comprises two different levels and a "basement" level.

The flat has been beautifully decorated with bright colours and contrasting furniture. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is at home, including a fully equipped kitchen on the first level, with a coffee machine for your personal enjoyment and a washing machine for added convenience. The two bathrooms are also on this floor, and are equipped with a shower and towel warmer, and three bedrooms with a double/large bed. Two of which are on the mezzanine floor, where you can't stand up completely.

The flat is accessed from the street on the ground floor. Here guests will find a living room with a large window, sofa and TV.

All beds are furnished with hotel quality linen to ensure a good night's rest. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided at no extra charge.

Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out prior to your expected arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: The flat is not ideal for young children and toddlers as the stairs are very steep.

The 11th arrondissement is a hip, diverse district that draws partygoers to lively bars around Rue Oberkampf and its surrounding streets. It's also home to the Opéra Bastille, the city's main opera house. Foodies and fashionistas flock to the boutiques and vogue restaurants around Rue de Charonne, part of the evolving shopping and dining scene in the cosmopolitan area between the République and Nation squares.

- Saint-Ambroise and Voltaire are 5 minutes away by foot from the apartment. Both stations are connected to line 9
- There are a number of bus stations located near the apartment.
- Taxis and carpool services like UBER and G7 are available to hire in Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
