Lovely Eden Home / So close to Powder Mountain! 20 Minutes to SnowBasin Mt!
Located in "The Fairways" community directly at the base road to Powder Mountain - this clean, comfortable home features a large main living area with floor to ceiling windows. Finishes are warm tones of tile, carpet, granite, knotty alder cabinets and brushed chrome fixtures. The floor plan unfolds to 2,000 square feet of single level living that offers spacious rooms throughout. The main living and open kitchen transitions out to a patio that has an elevated view of the Wolf Creek Golf Course and Nordic Valley ski area.
The main level master has a king bed, large double sink vanity, tub and glass shower. There are two comfortable guest rooms - one with a queen bed and one with a queen and twin. As well, there is a ski boot bench in the entry, 2 car garage, laundry room, fast internet, large windows throughout, brand new furnace, updated appliances and board games. We are located 8 min from the center of Eden, 15 minutes to Huntsville, 5 miles from Powder Mountain, 20 minutes to Snow Basin, and 30 minutes to Ogden. Nordic skiing is just as wonderful in this area and very close.
