Wonderful and exquisite 1500 feet condo in the famous King and the Bear neighborhood of the World Golf Village. Three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, two of which are master bedrooms, fully furnished and outfitted with everything you would need. Large kitchen with lots of cupboard space and long table in dining room, easily sits 8. Large, flat TV screen for endless movie nights. Washer and dryer conveniently in the unit. Refreshing views of the preserve from balcony and windows. Step out into the pool or the hot tub nestled among palm trees or visit the gym and heated pool at the club house in longer stays. Many of the Saint Augustine beaches, golf courses, quaint shops, historical buildings and many attractions a short ride away. This condo is ready for you to enjoy every minute.
