Accommodation: 2-room apartment located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of the Caribbean residence, with semi covered terrace just by the water, not overlooked located in Cap Coudalère. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 bench beds, an open kitchen, bedroom with 140 bed and a bathroom with toilet. This apartment does not have TV.Situation:A parking lot is available for tenants behind the residence; (Places not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have: - an aquatic area with 2 pools (a swimming pool of 25m and a pool of 15m where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season) and to finish a water play area for the little ones.The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is given to you upon arrival.- various sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts..- and for fitness or more physical work, an outdoor fitness area.In a few minutes' walk you can reach Place de la Martinique.
