Situated on one of the liveliest area in Lyon Presqu'île, you will relax in this cosy studio apartment on the 4th floor without elevator.

You will enjoy a nice 15 m² studio, equipped with a double folding bed, an HD TV, a fully equipped little kitchen with a washing machine and a table for 2, and a bathroom with a modern shower and toilets.


WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
