Situated on a navigable canal, located between St. Augustine and Daytona, this home offers easy access to all area attractions..

Stepping inside, captivating views of pool and canal are on full display. Spacious living area with vaulted ceilings offers stunning views.

Relaxing Christmas and New Year.

Had an extremely pleasant time over the recent Holidays with wife and kids visiting from college. Was extremely nice to have heated spa and pool. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

This house is great!!

Perfect location in Palm Coast in the canal area. Easy to get anywhere without much traffic. European Village and walkways on intercoastal are nearby. House has modern appliances and is very nice. The pool is good size and heated (we've learned not to take this for granted). Also has a hot tub!! The canal is quiet. Bring a fishing rod.

Dreams Do Come True

Our dream of spending a month in Florida came true when we found Palm Coast. All the comforts of home and more. From relaxing in the hot tub to enjoying a cocktail on the dock at night, our month went by too fast. Our host was very accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. Christmas visit

This is our second stay at this lovely property. We love the layout of the house and the comfortable furnishings. The pool area is delightful, although sadly we didn’t have many opportunities to use it considering the cold weather - the coldest Christmas in Florida in years. The home’s location on a canal adds to the charm for true Florida living. The location provides easy access to everything we we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back! Even our 9 yr old grandson has requested that we stay here again!

This home is beautiful! Furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with essentials for our quick meals. The layout of the home is great! Loved that the main living spaces and the master bedroom all look out over the pool and canal. Such a calm, beautiful view! We will surely be back!

Quiet Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay and appreciate the owners sharing this lovely house. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Pool is well kept and enjoyed dinners on the patio and seeing fish jump in the canal. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to many beaches and parks. There are lots of bike trails as well, Daytona and St Augustine are an easy drive. Thank you for a great stay!

Winter stay

We had a great relaxing time staying over winter break. The house is clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our meals on the patio. The best part is heated pool and hot tub in the evenings. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with supermarket and few restaurants within 10 minutes. Flagler beach with variety of restaurants is just a short drive away.

Coolidge 2021 vacation

Great property, bad neighbor.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The house is well equipped throughout with updated amenities. We spent a good amount of our time in the pool area and dock on the canal. The home owners are great to communicate with and responded quickly to all inquiries. Even gave a heads up about a good neighbor that is willing to help with anything. We did however have an issue with another neighbor that was upset about my small, 16ft boat being parked in what I would have called a ditch/right of way in front of the property. The owner responded quickly with a solution and we continued our wonder vacation. Do not hesitate to rent this property.
