I am pleased to welcome you to my lovely 17 square metre studio, which is located on the 3rd floor with a lift and situated in Saint-Raphaël.
It is well equipped, has a balcony and can accommodate 2 people.
You will stay ideally in the city centre and less than 15 minutes walk from the beach.

My studio is charming and will be perfect for a romantic holiday!
It is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed and a cupboard; a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a dining area; and a shower room with shower, toilet and water heater.

You'll also have a 6 m² balcony that will be much appreciated on sunny days!

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine (on the balcony), Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Hotplates, Microwave, Filter coffee maker.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each stay.

You will be ideally located in the city centre, close to everything you may need for your daily life and to many places of interest!

Nearby you will find: various bars, restaurants and shops; and for your daily shopping, you will find the "Marche République" and an "Intermarché EXPRESS", respectively 2 minutes and 4 minutes walk away.

Don't miss the must-see places in Saint-Raphaël such as: Notre-Dame Basilica (9 minutes walk), San Rafeu Tower (3 minutes) and Bonaparte Garden (11 minutes).

The Sentier de l'Estérel and the Sentier du Littoral are a 6 minutes drive away for unforgettable walks and hikes. For the rental of nautical equipment and accessories, Nautique Concept is a 7-minute drive away; and for sailing fans, the Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is also 7 minutes away.

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort for tourists. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometres of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city centre to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
