Close to the Winn Dixie grocery store and Big Pine Park with tennis, basketball, skateboarding, racquetball, playground. Free public boat ramp 5 min away. Room on property to park 6+ cars and trailer. Open floor plan with kitchen, bar, dining room and living room all open to each other. Also includes a downstairs game room with ping pong, foosball, etc. Fish cleaning station. Home includes Wifi, cable TV (120+ stations) and Firestick including Netflix. King bed in master suite, queen bed in second bedroom and two twins in third bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 bicycles available for you use free. 120 ft of dockage for boat. Large yard and driveway with plenty of parking for trailer.
