Ground floor: Corridor leading to an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, etc.), a separate toilet, living room with TV, 140 cm sofa bed. This main room will seduce you with its terrace and its splendid view of the Marina. Ideal for a family with a boat! FLOOR: Bathroom (shower) with WC, Bedroom 1 with 140 cm bed and storage - has a balcony with a view of the Marina, Bedroom 2 with 140 cm raised bed and 140 cm sofa bed under the mezzanine sofa bed. The +: Very beautiful, well-equipped terrace with its gate giving access to the Lagoon promenade. Assured crush ! To visit nearby: Jardin des Plantes, Aqualand and for sports enthusiasts the large Capellans stadium. Accommodation classified 2 stars.
