Brand New Condo; Private Balcony, Walk to Dillon Marina, Incredible Views

This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.

The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring outdoor seating and incredible mountain views in the distance. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three.

The spacious master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Numerous maintenance issues

Apartment was clean and mostly comfortable, check in/out process was a breeze. Garage parking was nice. Great location.However this seems like a brand new building tailor made for high volume guests, run like a business, by a management company, looking to avoid proactive maintenance wherever possible. As a result we our stay was hampered by a handful of maintenance issues. Almost none of the outlets in the apartment worked. Coffee machine was broken. Dehumidifier moldy and unusable. Reading lights in the bedrooms were very weak and needed new bulbs.Hosts were reactive and did deliver a new coffee machine and dehumidifier partway through our stay, but simply dropped the new boxes off in the kitchen and made little effort to unpack them or get them set up.Bureaucratic process afterwards of working through a management company/customer support to get what ended up to be a very small refund.Overall: fine place to crash for a ski weekend, but don't expect high quality attention paid to the unit and its appliances, or any kind of personal/service touch.

Wonderful Break in Dillon

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give this rental a 4.7 star rating. This rental was clean, beautifully decorated, with heated floors, a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains, a heated parking garage and storage closet for those of us hitting the ski slopes--so incrtedibly convenient. The grocery store was one block away and Keystone Ski Resort 13 minutes. We had to wonder if anyone else was living at these condos, it felt so cozy and intimate without much ambient noise except what we brought. The gathering spaces were perfect and the sleeping conditions and bathrooms robust. They also had an elevator, which was most helpful after a day of skiing so we didn't have to hike stairs to the 3rd floor. I would definitely consider coming back to stay with my family. I did make the mistake of trying to enter the wrong Sail Lofts building. I lost track of the street address and saw the name on the building, so be aware that there are TWO SAIL LOFT BUILDINGS, one across the street from the other! The only thing that took our rating down was the mattress and pillow combo of our bedroom. It is a memory foam mattress but the pillow was not dense enough to compete with the mattress. Maybe bring your own pillow. Otherwise, it was a little haven to escape to for our Spring Break!

Nice place, clean and well managed

Senior Guys Ski Trip.. nice place in the middle of Dillon. Easy to walk to Restaurants and Grocery close by. The kitchen was well equipped and clean We would rent it again. Maybe next Ski season.

Place looked Brand New, very impressive. Location perfect, did Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge. Would definitely rent again. Only thing was one of the checking out steps. Could not find a place to dispose of the garbage. Very minor, used a trash can across the street. Don’t pass this up!!!

New condo in Dillon, Colorado

The condo is really very nice and clean. We appreciated the size of the main bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower. The parking garage was a nice perk even though we didn’t have any bad weather, but it is a bit tight if you’ve got a larger vehicle.

New, clean and easy

Property is new, on the third floor with elevator and covered garage. Very easy to go around by car in Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne. Not much what to do by walking, but there is a beautiful park for kids to play or for taken pics and a very good brewery/pub a few blocks away.
