This comfortable 3 bed / 2 bath, 1600 sf. vacation rental in the heart of Palm Valley, is a wonderful place to rejuvenate and relax. Pool heating is optional.

So many things to enjoy, from dinning at local restaurants, shopping, hiking, watching MLB Spring training, our home is minutes away from the Goodyear Ballpark (Cleveland Indian & Cincinnati Reds.) NASCAR & Cardinal Stadium are approximately 15 minutes' drive from house.

If you are a golfer, there are several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the house. Tee-off early and be back by the beautiful pool for an afternoon Siesta!

Relax in your private backyard oasis, swim in a heated NEW Pebble Tech pool, soak in the hot tub, and/or practice your putting on the putting green (putters and balls provided.) Perfect for friends & families wanting to enjoy a backyard BBQ & time together.

gas grill, T.V., patio furniture, lounge chairs, putting green w/putter and balls, hot tub & private heated pool. (Heated pool is optional) Hot tub not available May-Sept.

GENERAL: Towels, linens, central air conditioning & heating, FREE Wi-Fi, pool towels, hairdryer (2)

UTILITY ROOM: Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and fire extinguisher & first aid kit.

Cleaning & disinfection protocol are followed before and after every guest. Exterior Ring Security System; doorbell, two patio cameras. To ensure guest's privacy, they are pointed to side iron gate and entrance area to HVAC unit & pool equipment.

Beautiful vacation

This is an excellent place. Pool was lovely and warm. House is set up nice, was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Monica was Soo easy to deal with.

Great Place

We had a great time. The house was clean and well appointed with all you would. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Located in a nice quite neighborhood. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting the in-laws.

Great house, great location

My family stayed at this home for eight nights, and it was GREAT! Everything was as described, and the location is in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Any questions we had that came up, Annette was quick to reply. We are already making plans to stay here again next year.

This house had everything you needed & then some. The patio area was so much fun with the putting green, the pool & the hot tub. It was not far from Spring Training & would rent this house again next time we are in Az as it was in a very nice quite neighborhood.

The house was great and Annette was very accommodating.

The house was conveniently located near everything we needed. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was big enough to prepare meals and the laundry room off of it was convenient. The backyard and pool area are beautiful. It was peaceful eating breakfast on the patio each morning and we used the grill for several dinners. I would recommend this home!

Arizona Paradise

We have stayed in many homes and this home has the best of everything. We used the pool and backyard area for hours every day. Annette has thought of everything, we were able to make strawberry smoothies without a problem in the well equipped kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay in this home again in the future.

Great experience! Lots to do in the surrounding area. Property was just as described. Issue with hot tub but Monica addressed it quickly. A few of the outdoor recliners need to be replaced (normal wear and tear). Great place!!

Great house and yard in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed in Annette & Ken's house for two weeks with another couple and had a fabulous time. The house is laid out perfectly for two couples sharing accommodation and is very comfortably furnished. The yard and pool area were fantastic and really made our holiday. There are grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping within a very short drive or walk. If going to ball games or Nascar races, you can't beat the location. Annette was great to deal with when anything arose. Would definitely stay here again.

Arizona Visit

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in time wasn’t until 4:00 pm but we got a text that the house was ready early. The backyard was beautiful and private. The house was clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to gather while we were there visiting our son. We hated to leave! We would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Good stay. Not much for standard supplies. No laundry soap, hot tub was not cleaned and not working. Toilet in master was broken. A lot of rules considering energy use. Overall great location.

Spring vacation

The house we rented was amazing. It was our own little oasis. The area was quiet. The pool was heated. Hot tub was relaxing. Backyard even had a putting green. We had a few competitions on there. Has all the amenities for cooking /grilling. Close to everything. We went to Goodyear for the Guardians game. We golfed two other days. We golfed at Estrella Golf club. I recommend that course. It was absolutely beautiful. Our overall stay was great.

Private and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Goodyear house. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi relaxing. The bed in the master bedroom was as comfortable if not more comfortable than ours at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only negative we experienced is not under the owners control. The neighbor to the right left his dog in the backyard till late in the evening. The poor dog whined and barked until it’s owner arrived home. I’m sure that’s an easy remedy!! Wonderful stay!

Great time in AZ!

Everything about this home was great, even better than the photos. The only issue we ran into was that the Vrbo owner expected us to wash our own towels and sheets prior to checking out. We only found this out after checking into the home and it came as a surprise given the steep price of the listing. It was particularly challenging as the owner also has fairly specific rules regarding what time you can and cannot use the appliances in the home. All in all, we had a lovely time!

Much Needed Get-away

What an awesome home in a peaceful neighborhood. Super simple check-in process & the A/C was on for us when we arrived (July). Owners communicated well with us & provided a “welcome kit.” Entire family basically stayed in the pool our whole trip. BBQ (natural gas & easy to clean) was used every night & the patio TV is a great touch for morning coffee & news. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to whatever you’d want to do (shopping, movies, out to eat, groceries, baseball games, etcetera). We checked to see if we could book this house again for Spring Training, but it’s booked solid January through April & now we know why. Just a nice simple place for family time, which is what we needed. We’ll definitely be looking to vacation here again. Thank you Annette & Ken
