Très chouette chalet authentique très bien rénové. Tout est fourni, pensez juste à prendre linge de vaisselle, essuie mains cuisine. Wifi très bonne qualité.

Erholung pur in Gruissan

Als Familie mit Freunden besuchen wir bereits einige Jahre Gruissan und wohnen jeweils in einem Chalet am Chalet plage. Im Frühling und Herbst ein Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Was uns am Chalet super gut gefallen hat ist die Terrasse mit Windschutz. Hier kann man auch draussen sitzen wenn es windig ist. Was uns auch gut gefallen hat ist dass das Badezimmer sowie die Dusche einen eigenen Eingang hat. Hier ist man dann in seinem eigenen Bereich abgetrennt vom Rest der Wohnung und hat seine Ruhe. Für uns mit 6 Personen plus Hund waren die Räumlichkeiten etwas klein. Das ist aber ein persönlicher Eindruck. Ansonsten alles TipTop. Danke Sveta und Didier!

Très bon sejour a Gruissan

Chalet très propre, bien placé, plage à 5 min. Le logement est agréable et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié la véranda Bien équipé: jouets, jeux de plage, livres. Hôte très réactif qui n'a hésité à se déplacer 2 fois au chalet

Au beau CHATLAID

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Gruissan et en particulier dans ce chalet, proche des commerces, des animations, des soirées et de la plage. Location très agréable tant par sa propreté et sa rénovation soignée. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, accueillants et de bons conseils pour les activités, les bons plans, les restaurants, les visites...Merci à eux! Nous avons visité les salins St Martin, le domaine viticole Pierre Richard ; Baladé entre mer et étang, aperçu des flamants ; dégusté les fruits de mer et les vins locaux ; découvert les monts de la Clape et les Corbières.. Super !!!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables au chatlaid, la location est conforme à la description, je rajouterai que des transats sont à disposition.. Situation idéale à 200m de la plage, restos, commerces à proximité .. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation

Te villa is a typical ville de plage at Gruissan. Well placed and very confortable. Te only con is about de size of beds. Too small.

Quatre jours, c'est trop court. Le calme, la mer toute proche, les commerces et restos sympas à proximité, les ballades au milieu des chalets et au bord des étangs : que demander de plus ?

Une semaine au Chat Laid

Chalet rénové avec tout le confort et conforme à l'annonce. Apprécié de ne rien avoir à amener (draps, serviettes...). Comme toute location d'un chalet à Gruissan plages dépendant des voisins pour le bruit, en Juin peu de monde... Commerces à proximité, plage à 5 mm. A relouer au plus vite. Système de boîte à clés qui permet d'arriver et de partir quand on veut (en respectant les horaires de location) mais sans voir les propriétaires (uniquement au téléphone car problème de porte de garage dure à ouvrir mais le propriétaire a appelé tout de suite...). Donc au final très bonne location (j'avais déjà loué d'autres chalets à Gruissan).

Beach haven

Situation is ideal, everthing one or two blocks away! The chat laid was renovated clean and we recommend it! Would suggest having a few rags and dish towels as well as a parasol for the beach. Would definately rent again!
