Beautiful all season 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom chalet style home available for weekly and monthly rental. This home has great vibes inside and out with plenty of natural light throughout the whole house!
Drive in through the gated community entrance to your home away from home. As you drive up to the house you notice a long spacious driveway with plenty of parking for 6 or more cars.
As you walk into the open main floor you are greeted by a spacious living, dining and kitchen area that leads to a large furnished deck overlooking beautiful Pocono woods (the deck also includes charcoal and gas grills, a smoker and a heat lamp). The living room has a large wood burning fireplace and two-story windows. An enclosed furnished porch is accessible year-round sits off the dining room. The open kitchen with breakfast bar has stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets and granite counter tops. The nice size bedroom with a full-size bed has a private deck entry, a full bathroom with stall shower and separate vanity station with a sink. Plenty of closet / storage space and laundry room complete the main level.
Upstairs features two nice sized bedrooms with full-size beds, a full bathroom in the hall and a furnished loft overlooking main level.
The finished walk-out basement includes two additional bedrooms with full-size beds, a full bathroom and a lounge room. The den has slider doors leading to the back porch and includes a pool/ping pong/air hockey table for fun times with family and friends. The basement also features an opt-in sauna - usage will add a $50/day charge to your stay.
Conveniently located in a gated Big Bass Lake community which includes an indoor / outdoor pool, 3 lakes (90, 60 and 40 acres), playgrounds, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.
