Cozy loft sleeps 4 with 2 double beds. Step out onto a large deck to experience the sights and sounds of natural surroundings. Lake Sutherland offers fishing, boating and jet skiing.

Spring break hiking trip

We had a great stay and enjoyed the location, view, comfy beds and cozy blankets. My teens said it's the best VRBO we have stayed at so far!

Beautiful and tranquil

Close enough to stores and food experiences (can’t recommend granny’s cafe enough). Absolutely beautiful view and the cabin was so adorable. Definitely watch your step in some areas, especially upstairs but that’s cabin life! Only thing that was a bummer was checking in after 3pm and having to check out before 10. For long stays I could see this not being an issue but just having the weekend made us lose out on a lot of time at the cabin. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Beautiful, quiet, we had a great & relaxing visit

Very quiet with no one on ghe lake except a pair of bald eagles fishing You can hear the highway from across the lake but it’s not bothersome. A very nice stay

Wonderful cabin on the lake

Couldn’t recommend this place strongly enough. Spent a very nice 10 days here, the cabin was perfectly cozy and the host took care of everything I needed. I look forward to coming back again next year.

Cozy cabin!

We loved staying here. The whole place feels cozy and it has an amazing view of the lake. It’s the perfect place for some rest and relaxation and even some fun. It’s clean and the host is really easy to communicate with.

Gorgeous Views, Peaceful Stay, Great Location

My husband and I made our first trip to the PNW. We stayed at this lovely cabin on the lake. It is very well maintained, clean and well appointed. I believe it was the start of off-season when we stayed. It was very quiet in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved sitting on the upper deck/dock watching the sun come up over the lake and surrounding mountains, having coffee, and watching the clouds rolling through over the water. The fish were rolling in front of us. The upper and lower deck/docks are a definite selling point. We spent our days in Olympic National Park. This property is centrally located for the region of the park we visited. Port Angeles is also a short drive away for groceries and restaurants. We would absolutely rent this cabin again, and find some fishing poles next time!

Perfect lake getaway

This lake house was an excellent place to come relax at after an intense day of hiking. It was also conveniently located to several different trails and only a 20 minute drive to Port Angeles city center.

Pretty Lake Cabin

It was very clean, well stocked, great communication. The one bathroom is downstairs. The second bedroom upstairs is well suited for kids -- under the A Frame, and no door. ;) Furniture is comfortable, comfortable beds. Pretty and tasteful decorations. It's a beautiful location, so close to Port Angeles and Olympic NP (Hurricane Ridge). The lake is lovely. Nice touches outside too! Kayaks for enjoyment! And, as said, the communication was quick and thorough. :)

GORGEOUS VIEW

This place looks even better than the photos. There were nice hiking spots nearby and it was nice to kayak around the lake at the end of the day. The house is very quaint and quiet I was so glad I got to relax here for a couple of days.

Beautiful spot

We so enjoyed our stay here. The place was well suited to enjoy quiet mornings on the deck lakeside, and to watch the sunsets. Close to trails and an easy drive to Port Angeles for groceries. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake House

We had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and comfortable and had every amenity we could want! We spent alot of time on the deck overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. It was a wonderful getwaway and a wonderful property.

Beautiful lake front cabin

Perfect for our family of four! The cabin has everything you need for a stay on Lake Sutherland. Our kids had a blast jumping off the dock and kayaking around the lake. We wish we would have booked more nights. Will definitely be back!

What a view!

Clean comfortable cabin giving our family space to spread out. Pretty small basic bathroom but very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed since we don’t do a lot of cooking on vacation. The deck and view are what make this place truly special!!! So much more beautiful than we were expecting! Loved staying here!

Quaint waterfront cottage on a small street. Our family of 5 fit comfortably. Kayaks and fire pit available. Great views of the mountains and proximity to all things in the Olympic park.

Picturesque and Serene

The Pacific Northwest (PNW) is awe inspiring with its water-to-mountains views. My family and I explored much of western Washington recently and we chose this property as our accommodations for the North Olympic Peninsula portion. We loved how quiet it was sitting right at the edge of the lake. The outdoor space was amazing as we could eat outside and enjoy family time around the fire pit. The kayaks were nice to go around the lake and enjoy the beauty. Inside the rustic feel of the property was charming, and the kitchen was good size. A couple of notes: The only bathroom is downstairs near the back door. Both bedrooms are upstairs (which are steep) making middle of the night trips interesting. The second bedroom doesn’t have a door, so privacy is a bit reduced. Arriving at the property is on a private road so be sure to pay attention if arriving in the dark as we did. Overall we loved the house and location and built many wonderful memories. It is convenient (~20 minutes) to Port Angeles for those wondering.

Great view, great location

We absolutely loved the view from the deck! The house was very comfortable (just beware if you’re super tall in the bedrooms, as they are slanted ceilings). The house had all we need and was a perfect location to Olympic. Highly recommend!

Slice of Paradise!!

This cute little cottage was perfect for our little getaway. Super clean, and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the lake. The kids had a blast paddling in the kayaks. Strongly recommend this little place - it’s amazing. Great location to hit all the highlights of Olympic National Park or just to hang out and enjoy Lake Sutherland.

My Husband grew up coming to this lake house with his family. When we got married, I got to join in and we started creating so many memories with family, friends and always having so much fun.

When we had the opportunity to buy the property, we were so excited to make this a permeant part of our story and continue building amazing memories with family and friends.

Now getting to watch other families come from all over and enjoy the cabin & make memories is such an amazing thing to be a part of.
